I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I’m so glad I came here. Bridgette, the receptionist, was welcoming. Alicia was my masseuse and she did an exceptional job. I asked her to focus on my back and neck. She applied a great amount of pressure where she felt stubborn knots and made sure to check in to see if I was okay with it. This isn’t my first time getting a massage but Alicia has a technique of her own that I thoroughly enjoyed. I felt very comfortable and I liked the selection of music. I just think she should personalize her space if she’s allowed to! That would really add to the atmosphere. I will be back! Thank you so much.

Dr Clare Zhang is amazing with her deep tissue acupuncture. I was having to wear leg braces because by knees were giving out on me, after working with Dr Clare I only have to wear my braces when do heavy lifting. 😇🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕

But when I had my appointment on Monday .....WHEN I SAY I COULDN'T WAIT FOR IT TO BE OVER! Doesn't say enough. Especially since I paid again for An experienced massage therapist;

Let me say
I came home with Scratches all over my back even though I had Expressed to the lady, giving me the Massage that something sharp was scratching my back ! She continued telling me it was the "tension " she was Relieving!
AND my full body massage consisted of nothing but digging her elbows into my back
My feet legs and arms were never touched
If I ever use this Company again. I guess I won't go with the Northwest side.
But not recommended 😕

I was fortunate to get Heidi as my practitioner. She has 21 years of experience as an Acupuncturists. I have always been a non-believer in Acupuncture. I had tried it once 45 years ago and the treatment did not work. With skepticism I was willing to try acupuncture one last time.
Heidi is a great practitioner she work calmly and did her thing for my lower back with 2 compression fractures, also she treated a very painful left shoulder I have had for years. I left there 50 minutes later. Got home and the next morning I was amazed at the greatly reduced pain in my lower back. A week later her work is still reducing my pain. I am going again for the second treatment. I hope this may help some of you folks trying to find some relief from your chronic pain. Ask for Heidi she's Great!!
