Brandi was amazing! She made our experience painless. I was nervous about getting glasses and it was strange seeing my face with glasses on.

I was able to try on as many pairs as I wanted to make sure I choose the right ones. They had a wide selection to choose from and the price was fair.

I highly recommend this Pearl Vision. Be sure to ask for Brandi.

The Optometrist was great, the best Ive ever had. All of the employees were very professional and great to deal with. My only complaint is pricing, but all of the vision stores are the same way when it comes to getting new lenses. The pricing is always set up so its cheaper to buy whole new frames and lenses rather than just replace your old lenses.

I really enjoyed my visit. Ladies were nice, personable and knowledgeable. Dr was super nice and personable also. I felt like I received a very thorough eye exam.

The Doctor was great. The front desk used deceptive sales tactics for prescriptions. When i said i will see about cheaper somewhere else they then said that the other place does not accept my insurance and will pay fully out of pocket. The ladies quoted me over 300 for one pair of glasses. And i promptly turned them down that seemed to upset them. No poker face at all. When i went to the location i talked about i was $45 out of pocket for 2 pair of glasses with blue light. I recommend the doctors as they really try and answerr your questions and seem knowledgeable but the front desk is ran like a car dealership.

My friend and I visited today, and she was already having a challenging day as her glasses had broken, leaving her unable to wear them. Fortunately, we were able to secure a last-minute appointment. However, upon arrival, the receptionist mispronounced my friend's name, which is understandable, but then made an inappropriate comment, saying, 'That's ridiculous. I’m just going to call you what it looks like.' As professionals with a background in customer service, we felt that this response was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a result, we chose to leave.

Brandi!! The best! My son wears special contacts that can only be ordered from select places, and she goes above and beyond to make sure they get where they need to go. She saves me so much stress and hassle by handling everything so smoothly. Brandi consistently does more than I would ever expect just to ensure we get what we need, and I’m truly grateful for her going the extra mile for us every single time. ❤️

Nice customer service. They were training some new people but there were no issues with the quality of care during the exam. The doctor was pleasant and gave thorough explanations throughout the exam.

Told Doctor my A1C results were in my MyChart. He was extremely anxious to find them to the point of looking over my shoulder and trying to scroll my screen. As I read off the types of tests, he repeatedly said, "That's not it." When I finally decided to let him scroll down my screen he selected a test that he had previously said,"That's not it."
He said, numerous times through my exam, that I was seeing fine with my glasses. I had to keep reminding him the only glasses I use are reading glasses.

In summary, the doctor was pushy, inattentive, and dismissive.
