We are a family of five and have good insurance and are paying our bills on time, but front desk and bill management are rude.
They called me to say that my son is due for a wellness visit and I said ok, I had to see my work schedule and did it through My Chart.
It turned out that the insurance denied it because it was not due until December.
They charged me for that visit total of $185 with my credit card on file.
Totally disappointed and I will move to another practice my 3 children because of that.
It should be front desk staff to verify if someone is due for a check up before calling the parent and making them do the appointment.

The biggest red flag for me was them asking to keep a Credit Card on file. They have charged me hundreds of dollars without notifying me of any bills or giving me a chance to review the bills to ensure that insurance covered them appropriately. There are dozens of other pediatric offices in the area that don’t require a credit card on file. After doing a ton of research, it’s very unethical for an organization to keep a credit card on file. I would stay away!

I absolutely love this pediatric practice! Dr. Iannantuoni is by far one of the BEST pediatric doctors I have worked with. She is not only extremely skilled in her field, she is so sweet, kind and gentle towards my little girls. Her balance of professionalism and empathy is superb. Incredible bed side manners. Always makes my husband and I feel safe, comfortable and like we truly have a 3rd parent on our team, helping us navigate the ins and outs of physical, mental and behavioral health and development.
