I'm calling at 10:30 am to make an appointment for my daughter who needs to be seen today but they said all booked. I called them 3 days but they said same thing every day. I’m gone find another pediatric doctor.

I’ve been going to them since I was 2 years old and even have my child there as a patient . They mess up on appointment times a lot .they’ve only had an outside ramp as handicap assistance my wife is handicapped so it’s on me to get my daughter seen well I couldn’t leave work so my wife had to take her so it took her longer to get her checked in so because of no elevator they were 10 mins late and so they couldn’t get seen I think it’s time for new doctors smh

So far every provider has been great along with all office staff. Always on time, I never seem to wait more than 10 minutes. I love the late day appointments and weekend appointments. Only down fall is how outdated it is. Smells the same as when I was a kid 30 years ago. Hopefully it will get an update soon but it isn’t enough to make me complain, just observe.

I was struggling to get a PT1 form for my autistic sons services I had to pay out of pocket to get to his evaluation and I was hoping the form would be all set by the time his next appointment came. It wasn’t. When I stated my frustrations because it reached the point where his initial appointment had to be cancelled because the form still wasn’t sent correctly in time the person I spoke to decided to get defensive and state to me “people like you and your son receive these services for free because we pay for it so you can do your part.” As if I hadn’t made over 30 calls between them and mass health since 4/22. When I asked for her name to speak to a supervisor I was then hung up on. This was a clear attack on me and discrimination against me and my son.

My daughter has come here all her life, from 0 to 11. Over, I am happy with the practice. When she was a baby and had appointments every other week, they always got us in, and I felt the care was quality. She thrived despite being a high-risk baby.

One year, they scheduled my daughter's annual earlier than the year before, so my insurance wouldn't cover it. We ended up having to come back the next day. But I imagine it's very difficult to keep track of all the insurances and their different rules, so it wasn't the end of the world, just inconvenient.

First, she saw Dr. Brule. I was always very happy with this doctor. A few years ago, she left the practice, and we saw Dr. Georgescue. Brule has since returned, which I am very happy about, although I was thankful when Dr. Georgescue was able to see her.

When she has a problem and needs a sick visit, she has always been able to be seen that day or the next day.

I have never had a problem with anyone in the lab, and they have always been good with my child. Compassionate.

I also like that they are located right here in New Bedford. And there is always parking available in the parking lot.

The time management at this practice really needs to be addressed- on more than 3 occasions I have waited over and hour for a 10 minute med check until today I walked out. Because I need meds filled we will return 1 last time. It is insane to make anyone yet alone children wait for over an hour. It happens at all times I've done morning late afternoon and even mid school day- I've asked nicely filled out surveys and nothing changes. Know that you or your child are NOT a priority!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here but this Doctors office has been awesome for my family. The receptionists are the best, the girl with the red hair, Kristen is totally awesome with all the kids. The reviews about her being rude I do not believe for a second. Sometimes parents with sick children can be very rude. The receptionists are the ones that have to deal with those angry parents all day. That cannot be easy. These women go above and beyond everyday making sure all our kids get seen. Doing all that during a pandemic is not an easy task. This office is as professional as it gets and if mistakes are made they are quickly fixed. We all must remember to treat others the way we ourselves would like to be treated. 5 stars
