We love Dr. Adam Kasper! All the Doctor's and staff are great but we especially love when we get Dr. Kasper. Thank you all for always taking care of our kids.

Our first appointment was good. My daughter is 2 months old and at our most recent appointment when we arrived they told us they scheduled it for that date next year and said they’d have to schedule later on in the week and showed no concern for the inconvenience. Luckily they were able to see her but we waited over an hour with a newborn for barely 15 minutes of their time. Telling us she had a skin condition in which she didn’t and the creams they gave us further irritated her skin. They recently called me saying that they supposedly didn’t see that they didn’t take my type of health insurance a week before her 2 month appointment and that I had to change it or they’d be unable to see her and be charged for her previous appointment.

I have been taking my children to Pediatric Services of Springfield since they were born. I am SO thankful for the amazing patience and care the staff has had with my two young children. Neil specifically has been an angel and has helped my family as we have navigated raising our spirited son. I can remember specifically one time where Neil’s nurse Melissa had to give him a shot and my son absolutely lost his mind. I was so embarrassed, but Melissa and the other nurses were so understanding and reassured me. They were so good with him. Melissa even followed up to make sure we were all ok and to reassure me further. Both my children have always received excellent care from this practice. I never feel rushed, I feel listened to with any concerns. The staff is caring and knowledgable and I am overjoyed we have excellent care for our children.

Dr Neil Nordstorm & Nurse Melissa Fecteau are truly the most amazing pediatric dr & nurse you could want for your children. I have 3 children & they have always gotten us into the office the day I called, they have always listened to all of my concerns, they did not give up until we had a definite answer as to what was causing their sickness/illness, & always made sure to find a solution to make them feel better. They both are compassionate, loving, & supportive & truly treat my children & myself like family…we consider them family & we would have been lost without their amazing knowledge & of course loving pediatric care. I am beyond grateful to have them care for all 3 of my children & they have made our pediatric care journey truly amazing. We love them & they are truly the best!! ❤️

I went here as a child, and now I bring my 3 kids. Dr. Neil Nordstrom and Nurse Melissa are our favorite team! They really know how to make “going to the doctors” an enjoyable experience. The offices are really clean, and the front desk staff is really pleasant.

I am giving this review because of the way they have handled a sudden, mass-influx of displaced patients. My kids' pediatrician suddenly closed without warning, leaving a ton of parents flailing. This office has handled it seamlessly. Everyone there has been super nice and my kids actually have an appointment next week! When your previous pediatric office cancelled three physicals inside of six months, you are especially grateful when your kids finally have a bona fide appointment. Thank you.

Dr. Neil is awesome. We originally had an np, who was also fantastic. The receptionists listen to what I have to say, at times typing while I’m telling them my concern, so it gets to the nurses properly. The nurses always call back in a timely manner with fantastic advice. And scheduling appointments, even same day appointments, seems to be a breeze.
