Good luck calling with a simple question. There is no direct line to the office. As much as I love listening to a low quality version of Benny and The Jets over and over on speaker phone while on hold for 20 minutes, I would love to just be able to quickly ask the front desk if my appointment is at 10 or 10:30. I can’t check online because my daughter was just born and doesn’t have an online account yet.

The place is great in person, but wow, terrible if you want to get in touch with them! They channel you through an automated system that takes forever and even asks you if you have Covid symptoms just to take your call, and then connects you with someone on the other side of the country, that does not even know the local locations. The appointments are months away for a simple shot, and then they might try to book you for an office 1 hour away, because they do not know how far offices are from each other. Then you are asked the covid questions again to even if your appointment is not for months!

This place is unbelievable. I was running 10 mins late for an appointment for my sick 8mo old , called and they said that was fine. Then upon arrival was informed that it was too late and the doctor would not be able to see my son and that the person that I called and said it was fine apparently wasn't in the same Department. Absolutely unbelievable I called Pediatrics and talk to them and apparently the person I talked to wasn't in the department.
