Peñate has a great health service. My uncle is a patient there, he had a lot of health issues, hearing problems, vision problems, and they have been taking care of him as if he was family. Since he first got there he loved the place and the service. The best thing is that my family, we’ve all seen the improvement in his health in the period of Time that he is been in Peñate for. They have great doctors, the place itself it’s awesome. I am happy that my uncle is one of their patients

Uber doesn't care about patients, they sometimes don't open doors for the patients.and someone at the clinic should be available to assist patients onto the vehicle assigned for their trip home.some people can hardly walk.much less get on or off the vehicle. Don't think an Uber driver carries an umbrella much less care if a person gets soaking wet. Y'all had the best of Miami drivers.and some receptionist's should learn better manners.

Honestly, -BAD cordination and management. They promise but never make it to you. For example: You request a doctor's appointment and take for ever to get back to you. If the patient needs a personal doctor visit at home they go every 4MONTHS. They don't offer urgent care. They don't work weekends. If u have an emergency there is no doctor on call.

My mother was enrolled at this medical center a couple of years ago, and it was the worst medical center she had ever been enrolled at.
#1: The staff had been rude to her,

#2 the driver who came to pick her up was not very patient in trying to find her (I don't understand how, if you are in the business of serving our elderly population, how you cannot have the patience to wait longer or to at least allow for some misunderstandings),

#3 Whenever she had some symptom and requested a doctor's appointment, it was always delayed in being scheduled

#4 Her medications were always sent late, and the last time, it never was delivered to her

#5 When she did manage to get an appointment, the doctor often responded to her description of symptoms as being caused by her age which is absolutely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unprofessional

#6 One of the worst things now, that she is no longer enrolled there, is that this company keeps harassing her by phone, trying to get her to go back and enroll again. Sometimes they call multiple times in a row, if she doesn't answer. She has already told them, multiple times, that she does not want to go back. Why do you keep calling, after she has already said "No" many times?

I tell her not to answer the phone when Penate calls, and twice already when I saw they were harassing her again, I picked up the phone and told them explicitly to never call her phone number again. But they never stop!

I really suspect this is not a respectable, professional, legitimate medical institution, and I do not believe they should be entrusted with the great responsibility of providing medical care to ANYONE, let alone our vulnerable population of senior citizens.
