This is how welcoming their office is! Been my kids Dr a long time and we won’t be returning. They are very scared of Covid with their googles and mask and shield to really worry about what your child needs.

I have been going there for a year now. I love Dr. Siegel, she is amazing. But they are by far the worst to answer phones. When my son was born, I called so much to try to get him for his first check up and no one answered. I had to walk in and make an appointment because again, no one answers the phones. The lady at the front desk was so rude to me but another nurse stepped in and was nice. There are some very rude nurses too, like they show they don't even care. I do not want anyone touching my child with that attitude.
I keep seeing complain about no one answering the phones and they respond that they are going to fix that problem, they don't. Again, if it wasn't for me loving the Dr we see, I would leave this penn care in a heart beat.

I felt inclined to leave a review as my experience with this location has always been wonderful. My two kids see Dr. Rozwat who has always been kind, patient, and helpful. I have not had issues scheduling appointments and the front desk staff has always been attentive and courteous. My appointments have been on time 100% of the time and we have never had to wait long in the exam room. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area looking for pediatric care for their littles!

We love this practice. Everyone is so kind, we are ALWAYS on time, the waiting areas are plentiful, spacious, and clean. We see Dr. Roswat, who couldn't be any kinder; he has such a calm demeanor that makes it so much easier for first time parents. He is not an alarmist, which is great for new moms, but he is very attentive and SUPER patient. We have seen other providers for 'sick visits' with zero complaints and very easy scheduling. When we posted in our neighborhood FB group before our sons birth, asking what Peds they recommend, ALL of our neighbors recommended this practice with glowing reviews. I have never had trouble getting any one on the phone. I don't understand any of these negative reviews and encourage parents to take it with a grain of salt; these opinions may be influenced by external factors unrelated to the medical team. We are so grateful for Penn Kids!

Dr. McWilliams and some front desk stuff are great, they treat you respectfully and answers all of your questions. However it’s extremely difficult to call them and schedule, and I have to drive there to make an appointment for couple times as nobody answers the phone for hours.

Wonderful newborn care! My daughter (first kid!) is 3 months old now and we have had a great experience so far with PennCare for Kids in Limerick. I've never had trouble getting an appointment, and we never wait long in the waiting room (they have separate waiting rooms for sick vs healthy kids which I love!). We've primarily seen Dr. Dana Devaney and she is excellent! We've gone there both for regular well visits and also for followup visits to check on my daughter after a hospital stay (she had a viral infection). I had to use the after hours line once in the middle of the night when she had a high fever and they were kind and quick to respond. I also LOVE the clinical staff line: you can call during regular hours and ask a doctor your questions to (hopefully) avoid having to go in for a visit (and risk getting your kiddo sick). Both times saved us a trip to the office and helped assuage my concerns. Wonderful practice!!

I was hoping to use this practice for my newborn daughter. I tried to call them (literally) SEVENTEEN times so far this morning to make our initial appointment, and only ever got a busy signal. Couldn’t leave any voicemail or ever talk to anyone. That is NOT the care I am looking to receive. Imagine if we had a problem and needed to be seen immediately. That is downright ridiculous. I’m glad I am scheduling elsewhere and didn’t put the well being of my daughter in their care.

Finally decided to change my kids pediatrician after two years of being unhappy - the only reason why we stayed was because we loved Dr. Tso. I am an RN myself and this office is just absolutely awful. Every time I call to make an appointment I’m on hold for several minutes, most of the time ending with me hanging up and calling back the following day. There’s even been times I’ve called during business hours where the phone just continues to ring with no one there to answer. The straw that really broke the camels back and committed my decision to change pediatricians was when I called the after hours help line for an emergency and the operator on the receiving line told me to call back in 30 minutes once the office opened. These are just a handful of examples - I have a lot more times where I was unsatisfied.

The secretaries, phone operators and nurses are your life line in reaching the physician and if they are unwilling to help in a timely and professional manner then your overall experience is going to be poor. I feel badly that my kids will no longer see Dr. Tso, however for their safety it’s best to make the switch.

P.S. they respond quicker on a google review than they do when you call. Maybe this is the better way to contact them for appointments and emergencies.
