The experiences with the staff have always been wonderful, the only reason for the 3 stars is their is absolutely no parking available. The lot to the side is always jam packed, I mentioned it to the woman checking in people for appointments and she mentioned that the staff may be parking their? I had to circle the lot designated for patient parking 4 times and luckily 1 spot became available, if not, I couldn't of made my appointment which would not have been my fault.

If the staff is parking their, please have them park somewhere else. I saw a half dozen cars trying to find parking, a little frustrating....

I love all my doctors and there are associates, the girls who run the offices not so much. And also I think it’s about time somebody fix the phone system. I have been awake this morning at 10 o’clock. I got on the phone and I’m still on the phone on hold with Pentucket Medical Associates, and to have this question answered before my procedure .

I’m trying to get a connection for the day surgery department on the first floor in Haverhill . E Everything else has changed some for the better however, the phones it seems will never change and you can’t get through.

My experiences have been with the lab/testing office and they are all so helpful and kind. The endoscopy center is full of absolute angels. All the nurses, techs, anesthesiologist and Dr.Assouline were amazing.

Careless, makes you wait in the doctors room for like an hour before speaking to your doctor. Was sick once and the nurse complained and said I was giving her too much work lol and she wasn’t joking bc she kept repeating it. Anyways, I went to my doctor because I’ve had a sore throat for a few weeks and my doctor didn’t even check my throat and told me to take cough medicine and to go back if it worsens, I literally have papillary thyroid cancer, she didn’t even check the lump on my neck but passed it off as a sore throat.

Lastly, they NEVER answer the phone to even make an appointment. Very rude staff too, Save the headache and go elsewhere.

Update: my doctor is once again clueless. She told me to stop taking medicine and removed it from my chart, the medicine was for my thyroid cancer, I had bad symptoms of facial and hand numbness and muscle spasms after she took me off so I went to my other doctor in Boston and he was surprised that my idiotic doctor at PMA took me off the medicine.

This is the worst pediatrician offices I ever experienced My daughter has been dealing w depression, explain several times to the secretary and they never called me back , everyone my daughter needs to get see. They never have an opening I just don’t recommend this office it’s the worst looking for new pediatrician

An absolute joke of a medical facility. They DO NOT EVER answer the phone. Everything is done through their "patient portal". I was told my insurance was in network with PMA...but after I questioned my bill for lab work, now they tell me they don't take my insurance for their labs. Told me and I am quoting: "there is nothing they can or need to do on their end". On another occasion this year I went in for my annual appointment. I did the check in and everything online through their portal, took time off work, drove a half hour just to wait in line for the receptionist to tell me they cancelled my appointment because the doctor wasn't in today. They said someone tried calling me but I looked through my phone on the spot and had no record of anyone calling me from PMA (no voicemail no phone log), but was still turned away and had to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been going here since I was a child but after all this I'm done and will be finding a new doctor in a new office. Don't come here looking for or expecting "care".

Useless! Stay away from Christopher Lambert he's uncaring and doesn't do anything to help you with health issues and doesn't return phone calls. Not only that very uncomfortable going there for back pain and he reaches down my pants to rub my butt and asks if I have pain there just felt awkward I won't be back there
