Very disappointing experience with this place. Seems they haven’t a clue and don’t really give a rats patoot about their patients well being. Perhaps the worst experience imaginable trying to get a simple Rx. Time to find a new provider.

Everyone I encountered, starting with the person at the registration desk, was professional and courteous. The nurse went out of her way to make me feel at ease. The nurse practitioner I saw was fabulous! She was attentive and knowledgeable with a wonderfully warm "bedside manner." I felt completely taken seriously and in great hands! After my appointment, I had follow-up questions that I didn't think of that day so called the office the next day. The nurse got right back to me and then followed-up by mailing me dietary information to augment the doctor's recommendations. Fabulous experience!

Staff is always friendly. Office is always clean. I had a 9am apt and was there at 8:50 to register in my car then waited till 9:15 before I called back to find out how long I was going to have to wait. I was only seeing the nurse for am injection should not had to wait or call back to see how long it would he. This is an ongoing issues with long wait time and office not being on time.

My visit was a six month follow-up with my endocrinologist. Check-in was easy and the young woman at reception was most pleasant and cheery. My vital were taken efficiently by a friendly nurse. The examination and consultation with my doctor went as expected, and the doctor assured me that I'm doing fine. Check-out and scheduling the next appointment was easy and quick.

I arrived early and was seen a little earlier than my appointment time. ( How often does that happen!!! ) The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Skorupka was great and professional, answering all my
questions and addressing my concerns. I have been a patient of hers for many years and have been very satisfied with the care received.

My experience over the past 12 years has been amazing. I now see Dr. Leah Petrosino and she is a very important asset to this practice to say the least. I am extremely grateful for her. Dr. P. is thorough and kind, everything a woman could ask for. The nurses here are bubbly and nice. If you are looking for a Doctor, Dr. P is the best!

Dr. Tabitha is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She compassion for here patients and she also cot cervical cancer and helped get rid of it. She cares about people and treats everyone with respect. I have never had a doctor before that was so dedicated to me and my needs. I have been with her about 20yrs.shes the best.

Routine physical appointment went as scheduled and I was pleasantly informed for any future emergency appointments all I need to do is show up if during standard business hours.

Also performed a blood test the same day, without having to fast, come back on another date, etc. Extremely convenient!

I am happy with the services I have received thus far from Pentucket Medical.
