Excellent veterinarians and staff. Always friendly and the dogs both feel happy and safe there and I feel confident and comfortable that they will get the best care.(even though I'll still be slightly just slightly still anxious for my babies).

The doctors, veterinary technicians and front desk staff are exceptional. They're highly accommodating with scheduling and naturally great with my dog, Ricky. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, friendly country vibe. Most importantly, the medical care for my pet is outstanding.

Dr. Flanagan and her staff always friendly and provide great veterinary care for my dog. My hound had an acute injury to her paw pad and the staff made accommodations for her to be seen on short notice.

Friendly and caring staff. Dr. Berkowitz is so wonderful that we drive 30min and by no less than 5 closer clinics just so my girls could continue to see her. My Misty(15y.o.) and Zoe(10y.o.) have been treated by her their entire lives.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude to Pepperell Veterinary Hospital for their exceptional service. From the compassionate front desk staff to the dedicated technicians and Dr. Berkowitz, their professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness surpassed our expectations.

In a time of urgent need for our beloved cat, other vet hospitals were either fully booked or not accepting new patients. Despite Pepperell Veterinary Hospital's busy schedule, their understanding front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Berkowitz, whose compassion, timely diagnosis, and ongoing communication provided immense peace of mind. We trusted her expertise in making the best medical decisions for our cat.

Saying goodbye to our cat was an incredibly tough choice, but the respect and care provided at Pepperell Veterinary Hospital brought us comfort.
