Recently, I made an appointment with my previous optometrist. There was a water leak at my house and so I was 10 minutes late. I was informed that I was beyond the grace period and that I would need to wait 40 minutes before being seen. I replied that there is generally a 15 minute grace period, but no such luck. During my previous encounters with the office, the staff was always very cool and impersonal, as was the doctor.

I set out to discover a new optometrist and found Dr. Lucas. From the moment that I spoke with Don, his assistant, to the moment I left after my first visit, it has been nothing but pure bliss. Friendly, relational, answering all questions, and doing a superb job of fitting me with a new pair of reading classes.

If you're looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen and get to know you, and a support staff who embodies the same traits, Dr. Lucas is the man! Five stars!

I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid but Dr. Bruce Lucas and his staff are top-notch! Dr. Lucas go above and beyond for their patients, sees to it that everything is explained well and would go thoroughly in making sure that your eyes are in great shape!
