I have been a patient of Dr McCowan’s for a few years now and I am so happy I followed her to this practice! I have found her to be the most thorough and understanding doctor that I have had. The extraordinary team at PMC, lead by Dr Philip Finocchiaro, has exceeded all my very high expectations. They navigate the whole health care system for me, with frequent appointments in person or online and a comprehensive and holistic focus that is helping my fight on multiple medical issues. They recommend specialists and set up the appointments, monitor drug choices and interactions, and are available almost instantly by phone or text anytime needed. My family has worked with the staff at personalized medical care for years and for good reason - they are attentive, responsive, and you can tell they really care about their patients. The office manager & nurse, Brian, has always been so helpful & accommodating, which is why we’ve continue to work with him since he moved from his prior office to PMC. There is never an issue reaching the office to discuss concerns or set up appointments. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Finocchiaro and his staff are phenomenal! I've had 4 great primary doctors in my life and without a doubt Dr. Finocchiaro is the best without question. He truly shows how much he cares and his staff is no different. His office manager Brian Pacheco & Nirah Johnfinn are as good as it gets and they all compliment each other. I've recommended many of my friends and family to this practice and they all couldn't be any happier. I Highly recommend Dr. Finocchiaro and his team!

In this day and age of an overloaded healthcare system, it gives me great comfort to know that my concierge doctor is readily available to meet my needs, and Dr. McCowan has done just that, in a kind and caring manner. Truly a "family doctor" type of place because everyone treats you like family. I consider the staff to be my friends. Never a wait in the "waiting" room because everything runs on schedule. My old doctor used to make me wait 20 minutes just to get into an exam room. Now, by the time I take off my coat they are ushering me to an exam room. Everything is top notch !
