Our pup - a mini poodle- had his first appointment here back in October. I think they did an OK job on him. We then scheduled his next appointment right then and there for early December. Less than 12 hours before the appointment they called and canceled our appointment because they had a medical procedure done the day before. Fine, I understand but she scheduled us 6 weeks out! He is a poodle and he needs regular grooming. Which meant there was now 12 weeks between his appointments. She also mentioned in the call that she was able to groom some dogs but not others with this condition/medical procedure which sounded a little weird, and that she had the procedure 2 days prior to our scheduled appointment - which meant she waited the last possible second to cancel our appointment.
I was nice I told her we can do that. Fast forward to January where they called again less than 12 hours before the appointment time to cancel due to family reasons. I get it, its family but this is the second time in a row that this happened. I called her the next day to reschedule an appointment and left her a voicemail and she didn’t even call me back after one week. Not taking my dog back there again. Since he is a poodle I need a reliable groomer, if for some reason we need to reschedule, I need someone who can accommodate us (since both times the reschedule was initiated by her) or at least call back.

She was way overdue and extremely matted, but they took great care of her and I love the way her cut came out =D

Apparently my dog is too old to receive care. Really sad. I didn't really expect a place to refuse my dog because he's old.

They are great. We have a bunny that we bring to get his nails trimmed maybe every 6 weeks and they are always pleasant and friendly. I have found most places we took our pet the people would just trim his nails and take the payment with no interaction. I would in a field that requires interaction with customer, that is what makes people come back. Would never recommend anyone else except them for all my pets needs. Thank you guys for making our experience comfortable and friendly.

Did a great job taking care of my two German Shepherds. They came home all brushed out, smelling wonderful with shinny soft coats! They both are very itchy dogs and I can tell since their de-fluffing that they're itching much less. Both of them are stay at home dogs/covid puppies, so my oldest is a nervous nelly, but the staff were great with them. Even helped me get them in the store when they saw me pull in🥹

The price was $98 for each of them. Which for a full grooming package for x large dogs over 100 lbs, isn't bad.

Staff is very kind and friendly. They do an excellent job grooming my two huskies. I never have to worry about my dogs being stressed like at other groomers, they are always very happy after their baths.

They do a GREAT JOB bathing our bulldog - they really get in all the folds and creases! Also trimming the toenails! And very accommodating on scheduling. So convenient having them right down the street. We recommend them highly...and Gilligan likes them too!
