My pup has been groomed here several times. On his last groom, I asked the groomer to please make sure his nails get cut as they have not been the past 3 grooms. She informed me that they haven't been able to cut his nails because of his age, he becomes distressed, breathing heavily and tongue turning blue. This was the very first time hearing any of this. Had I known this was happening I would have NEVER put my Baby through this time and time again.

Always pleasant to visit with our pets we have lots to get I spend at least 150. A week here between food,supplies and care for our pets. We did have an issue with the groomers they refused to see our little doggies a d didn't honor the sale price sign out front for walk in grooming saidni needed to make an appointment when sign said no appointment needed

I was looking for a high calorie supplement for my dog. I showed customer rep #1 the container and without even reading the label, customer rep #1 right away passed the ball to customer rep #2 that was passing by us.

Customer rep #2 grabbed the container and again, without even reading the label, he stated that they didn't sell such product.

Since the container I handed to both customer reps had a sticker from the vet's clinic, they both assumed it was a prescription and they didn't have it.

I told both customer reps that it was just a label with the name of the vet clinic not a prescription, plus our vet had told us that their store would sell such products.

Customer rep #2 replied "no, we don't sell that, what is it? Cortisol?" . Which I replied: "you don't even know what it is and you are already telling me you don't have it?".

Customer rep #2 then took us to an area where guess what...they did sell such product.

I assume that customer reps are knowledgeable of the products they sell, if they are not, that they at least would have an idea of where to obtain a product or an alternative to a product. I trust them right? So since I trusted them, I would have just walked out of the store without questioning their answer.

My dog had just had jaw surgery and we had unexpectedly ran out of such product. I would have had to try to get a hold of my vet for a "prescription " on a Sunday and during a 3 day holiday weekend. It was so disappointing ?.

We have been coming to this location since we got our puppy who is now 10 months. The trainer Aaron was great (I give him 5 stars). Now the groomers....we have been here a total of 3 times to have him groomed. The first 2 times there were no issues at all. The last time we went the 3 girls there basically said they couldn't handle him and couldn't finish the entire groom. See I love my people, but I feel like some don't like a challenge and are lazy. You mean to tell me the other ladies have been able to take care of him but now you 3 are here and said uh uh not doing it. He is a bit hyper but does not bite at all. Ask Aaron the trainer. Then they tried to say he needs training. He's had training. You should take him to the park before coming. He actually did go 20 mins before we came. You should play with his feet. He gets wiped down several times after going out as we keep our home clean. Maybe you should take him to the vet or another groomer. Best thing they said all morning. I will go 30 minutes out my way from now on before I come back to this store as apparently they are not professionals and maybe just sold themselves as liking animals. Sad that a handful of employees kills the experience and customer satisfaction.

While I understand the policy of working on dogs with low grade heart murmur, I should have been notified before driving over there. Also, the groomer was late coming back from lunch. So we ended up waiting around only to be refused service because they couldn't call our vet right then and there. Very upsetting. We have been getting our dogs nails done at Petsmart for 7 years without issue until today.

Wow! This week was in the store and the guy working there was so rude he was slamming stuff down, being rude talking down to people. He’s allegedly the general manager, I can’t imagine that being true. But either way I will no longer be shopping her 🙁 and this used to be my favorite place to go. He mumbled his name but I think it was Dustin or Austin I told him I was gonna talk to his boss and he laughed and said he is the boss. Not too sure what that means. Don’t shop at this store and give cocky pathetic jerks like that your business.
