I have been seen by this group 3 times. Every time the doctor is in the room for less than 5 minutes and didn’t fully listen to my symptoms. When I did a telehealth visit for a referral, the doctor interrupted me multiple times and didn’t let me tell him what my condition was. He hung up after ~60 seconds and wrote the referral for a condition I don’t have!!!! I wouldn’t send my dog to this place and absolutely will not be back.

I love coming here! The staff are great! DR. Thomas Handeguand & Claudia are absolutely my favorite people ❤ they both are genuine, loving, caring & kind. They have always made me feel welcomed. I have not had a bad experience when I visit this office. Dr. Takes time to answer questions & explains things that I may not understand. I have followed him since the very first visit on 19th ave & orangewood then to the 35th & southern location & now we are here! I've searched for a long while for a Doctor whom I could trust. I found him! I thank God for him.

The worst experience ever! As a new patient, I understand that paperwork has to be completed. So to save time, I completed it online. Received text to arrive 30 minutes earlier, again, understand. Completed additional paperwork, still okay. It should not be an extraordinary event to have your appointment start on time. 20 minutes after my appointment time and still not seen. Mind you at this point I've been there almost an hour. I will not be a new patient ever. Also, your front desk didn't even look at me when I approached her and handed my I'd s to her.

fast quick clean curteous. dr van buren is awesome. she smiles and makes you feel like she cares. she has a really good sense of humor too. i have never had to wait long like in most docs offices. only complaint is that they do not refill meds unless you go in for a visit. not even when pharm requests. thats why only 4 stars

Been coming here since April of this year and I have nothing but positive to say about this place. Iesha Floyd is a really good PCP and I’m happy that I found her ? she gets things done without having to constantly call and bother like other primaries I’ve had in the past.

Worst place ever, front staff could not care about patient privacy. Very rude and not friendly .STAY AWAY!!

The staff is wonderful but getting prescriptions filled on time or having somebody call you back when it's an emergency is absolutely horrendous. Avoid this place at all costs if you can.
