I’m experience here was okay . Could have been better . I feel like the office lacks a bit of etiquette.
I wouldn’t say that they are unprofessional because they do what they’re supposed to do within their Profession but the staff could be nicer and learn personal boundaries. I was asked by either the nurse or the person taking blood why do I need an std test if I’m married like wth ?! That’s none of your business . Idk I only go when I have to and this is the only pcp my insurance takes . This place seems to really only be for referrals .

I’ve honestly never given a “one star” to anyone.
Dr. Jackson has no personality or concerns for patients. Complains about money and wants to refer out for every individual issue.
Very unfortunate for the community. Would highly recommend checking elsewhere before wasting your time here.
