My strength and mobility as a physically active senior (75...shhh!) challenged with overuse muscle injuries from time to time and one foot surgery (100% recovery of balance and flexibility), have been "preserved" by Kristin's professional knowledge and methodology. When injury befalls me, I know Dr. Terkelsen will help me to stay active hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing, and landscaping.

Kristin and her team at Physical Therapy Solutions are awesome. They are all professional, skilled and wonderful to be around during a session. I had both hips replaced in two separate operations. My PT before the operations and afterwards helped greatly in achieving a successful recovery. Their knowledge and positive environment made it easy to return to work and have a much higher quality of life. When I broke my ankle, Physical Therapy Solutions was recommended to me. Kristin was very thorough with the therapy I received. She also has an awareness to the human body in that it's not just the area that received the trauma that needs recovery therapy. She listens to what is going on with your body & where you feel you need strengthening and treats the body, not just the injury. I've since recommended her to anyone needing PT and will continue to recommend far into the future, too.

Getting knee surgery at 21 years old as completely terrifying, but Kristin and her team at Physical Therapy Solutions made my recovery a smooth and easy process! Each session was uniquely crafted to my capabilities and what would help further me along into the next stage of recovery. In fact, thanks to all they supported me with I was able to get off crutches weeks before I anticipated! I had complete trust in the whole team and I knew they were going to help me get back to normal. Four years later, I have absolutely no concerns anymore. But the good news is if I ever need physical therapy again, I know where to go!

In November 2010 I had rotator cuff and bone spur surgery and was fortunate enough to be referred to Kristin for physical therapy. Nearly 10 years of dirt bikes, mountain bikes, snowmobiles and martial arts later that shoulders still doing fine. I feel Kristin did a wonderful job and equally important, but harder to quantify, she has a demeanor that’s instantly comforting making the process easier and less stressful. I have no doubt she sincerely cares. My other shoulder’s failing and while I’ll avoid surgery as long as I can when the time comes I look forward to seeing Kristin again.

Kristin is one of the best PT's. I went to Kristin a few years back due to a shoulder injury and later after removal of a bone tumor. She is a talented PT with a wide knowledge base. She incorporated new manual therapy techniques and stretches to maximize my outcomes. I still use these stretches today, and I routinely recommend her to friends and clients.

I’ve been a patient at Physical Therapy Solutions for many years. After each surgery (5) Lisa motivated, listened, commiserated, massaged and always believed that I could regain my mobility. Her professionalism, determination, knowledge and joyousness made recovery the only option. The atmosphere in the clinic was always welcoming and positive. The entire staff projects a positive sisterhood beginning with Deb’s warm greetings. When Lisa was out I’ve had Kristen and Suzanne who were equally caring and professional. I’ve never worked with Jen (I think she’s afraid of me)but she’s always upbeat and pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about Physical Therapy Solutions 👏👏
