My experience with my nurse and NP was wonderful. Good patient care. The only issue I had was when I walked in I had previously filled out my online check in and the women at the front desk said "she just got here it's not a rush". I did not appreciate hearing that at an urgent care when I came because of a painful injury. Other than that I am a happy customer.

My kids’ doctor never has same-day appointments available, so this is my go-to when my kids are sick. We’ve probably been here 5-6 times—scheduling online is super helpful, the check-in process is easy, we’ve never had to wait long, and the care has been top-notch. No complaints!

They didnt take my concerns seriously despite experiencing textbook pneumonia symptoms. I was one out of only four people yet they were rushing through the whole experience as if there were 50 people waiting. My sickness has only gotten worse and id rather flip a coin on what to do than go back to this place. For how much they charge youd hope to get any sort of a decent experience, save your time and go anywhere else.

Would give 0 stars if I could based on a family member’s experience here! Needed a physical, TB test and drug screen for work and staff ignored her for 2 days straight! Left her in the waiting room stating they were “working on it” and claimed the order was canceled on day 2 of going in (she had the active order in hand). Absolutely absurd and a waste of time from a patients standpoint. Please avoid and go anywhere else in town.

A nightmare of a process.
Registered for a time slot at 12:45p
Arrived at 12:30 and received prompt to be “3rd in line” - 5 people were seen ahead of myself.
After waiting for 1 hour in the waiting room, I waited an additional hour for the Provider. I was not discharged until 2.5 hours after my scheduled time.

This is no fault to the Provider or the Staff - but an extremely broken system that needs to be addressed at the Corporate level of Physicians Urgent Care.
Either a better system needs to be developed, or staffing needs to be addressed as this should not have been a 2 hour Urgent Care visit that was scheduled and pre-registered.

Dr. Rosentall’s bedside manner is exceptional—she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive the best possible care. Despite the fast-paced environment of an urgent care facility, she never made me feel rushed and patiently answered all of my questions.
