I called today to find out information on making an appointment or if they were accepting new patients. I recently moved to Gordo and will have Tricare next month. The woman who answered the phone spoke over me while I was trying to ask a question and then when I said I was currently uninsured briskly hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. I called back to finish my inquiry and once I confronted her about "the dropped call" she suddenly could "no longer hear me clearly". Maybe it was just a bad connection.....coupled with an incredibly snarky and demeaning attitude. Either way, most definitely the rudest I have ever been treated on the phone with a physicians office.
