I had a deeply disappointing experience with Pico Medical equipment & supplies after my scooter was stolen, and they proceeded to overcharge me unfairly. This company's lack of empathy and transparency is truly disheartening. I rented two mobility scooters for my elderly parents for our vacation here in Los Angeles.

When my scooter went missing, I immediately contacted Pico Medical equipment & supplies to report the theft and seek guidance on how to proceed. Instead of receiving support, I was met with shockingly high charges for the replacement of the scooter. The amount they demanded was outrageous and seemed completely disconnected from the scooter's actual value.

Throughout the ordeal, their customer service was nothing short of abysmal. They were unresponsive to my concerns and inquiries, leaving me in the dark about the reasoning behind their outrageous charges. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of me than in helping resolve the situation fairly.

What's more, the quality of their scooters did not match the steep price they charged. My scooter had its fair share of issues even before it was stolen. The horn didn't work on one of the scooters, to charge me almost 2500 for two scooters that were stolen was outrageous.

In conclusion, my experience with Pico Medical equipment & supplies was a complete letdown. They overcharged me for a stolen scooter, provided inadequate customer support, and failed to deliver on the promise of quality products and service. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their mobility device needs, as dealing with this company has been nothing short of a costly and frustrating mistake.

I called for a wheelchair rental and the woman who helped me over the phone was amazing! She told me the price and put the wheelchair on hold until I got there. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and are very clear on how everything works! Definitely recommend coming here if needed!

Great service, super helpful, parking in the back, easy to contact and get a wheelchair, good rental rates, and very easy all around. My mom came for 6 days to go to Disneyland, I knew she couldn't handle the walking, but with the wheelchair I rented, everything went very well. Pico Medical made everything very convenient and painless, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

I was traveling from out of town to attend a conference in Downtown LA. The concierge at the JW Marriott LA Live recommended this company for my rental needs. I was traveling with a broken foot and desperately needed an improved mode of transportation beyond my crutches since I was non-weight bearing. Kimberly was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my needs and promptly answered any questions I had about my order. I rented a knee scooter and an ice cooler machine and truly believe that both of these items made my trip not only a possibility, but enjoyable. Pico delivered these items to the hotel so they were available upon my arrival and also picked them up after I departed. I was able to travel around the area more comfortably and see more because of the knee scooter and the ice cooler machine helped at night after the long days of up and down and zooming around hallways and sidewalks.

Highly recommend this company if you're in need of renting medical equipment in the LA area.

I hired a wheelchair from Pico Medical for my once in a lifetime trip to Los Angeles and thanks to them I was able to go everywhere I wanted.
The chair was at my hotel waiting for me to arrive and was collected efficiently at the end of the rental.
I'd recommend Pico Medical if you need medical equipment while in Los Angeles.

I have a very bad knee injury and after calling around different locations I decided to come here because it was a closer drive to my house. This location has a convenient parking lot in the back of the building where customers may enter. I came in today after I made a phone call asking about the type of wheelchairs they had available there. The gentleman over the phone was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to help me find an affordable option for me. When I came into the store, the nice lady had me sit and wait comfortably till she could get to me. She came out and showed me the used wheelchair and after inspecting it and using it inside, I decided on purchasing it. She was very kind and answered my questions. If I ever had to come back for anything, I would not hesitate to come here again!

This store sells many things for disabled folks, to injured folks. Support items, compression, shoes, canes, walkers, wheelchairs and motor wheelchairs aswell.
This location also RENTS equipment if you do not wish to buy.
