Midtown Family Practice has the best customer service! I'm speaking of the respectful Receptionists that sign me in to see my Primary Care Doctors. I want to especially thank Jerome Giles and G Williams for always being so patient and going the extra mile to make sure messages or questions get to my Physician, Nurse etc. Each time I've come to their area they both give the best Customer Service! It shows that they love people especially the patients they come in contact with daily. I would say they both deserve a reward for doing a super job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The wait is a long while and honestly really needs dusting on the ceiling vents and lights but it is pretty ok.

I brought my daughter in to be seen in the pediatric ER during night shift for a cough and wheezing. We weren’t even there a good 15 minutes before being discharged. I was told by the nurse “mama she is fine, coughing is good” they didn’t do any test other than listened to her breathing and we were dismissed. I took my daughter to her primary care doctor and she immediately could see she needed a breathing treatment and test for RSV, which came back POSITIVE. Next time maybe take the time to actually examine your patients! Especially a baby! Gave 2 stars because the front desk and triage staff were very kind. Nurse was not.

Late last night I decided to take my 12 yr old son to the ER. I was worried his coughing was him having an asthma attack. They took us back immediately. My son has previous history and has been admitted before.
When I tell you he had THE MOST AMAZING DOCTOR! I seriously mean that! Her name was Dr Mathis! She never made me feel like my concerns were small, she was so sweet, so informative, and I could just tell she has a real love for what she does. We need more like her ! She is amazing!
Also, our nurse was amazing as well. I really wish I could remember his name. He was so funny, and added a breath of fresh air to our visit.
I went on the Pietmont website to see if there is a way to put in a compliment for them but didn't see anything. I hope their hard work and dedication is not overlooked. And I pray these words will find them. Piedmont should be proud to have them !

Today, my father was brought to the ER for a problem that the Home Nurse and Doctor felt he needed to be seen at Piedmont Hospital. He was sent to Piedmont by Ambulance and when he arrived he was left in the holding area and quickly seen without getting all the information. We tried to go back and speak with the Doctor but was completely dismissed two times. Mind you, my father is in hospice care and is not fully aware of everything that is going on. That is why we need to speak with the Doctor. The nurse stated he was being discharged and it was to late. The nurse was completely rude and sitting here, most of the nurses are rude as well. The home nurse just called and explained the situation to the ER and she stated they were rude as well. For a hospital staff to treat patients of the their community this poorly is a shame and classless. I have also requested to speak to someone higher than the nurse and we still have not seen that person. The charge nurse who was on at 6:00 pm was very rude.

I just went and asked about our request to see the Doctor and was told a note was put in the computer (about an hour ago), so she put another note in.

After a long wait and new nurses. The RN Alycia was a great help getting us back to my father. Also the Charge Nurse at 8:00 pm was very helpful as well.

Wife had a successful c section here and great pediatric care. Thanks to Dr. Crowe and all the surgeons that oversaw before and during the operation and most nurses afterwards were very attentive to my wife’s needs. Overall very grateful and would have another baby here. Very healthy baby and mama had a fast recovery. One complaint though is one nurse forgot to give my wife pain meds one round but when the shift changed to a new nurse it was resolved. Majority of nurses afterwards were mostly pretty attentive besides that one.

Went to the ER this past Saturday, while waiting to see my niece who was brought in by Ambulance, I wanted something to eat in the process of trying to do so the female security guard refused to let me get a ID sticker once I obtain one from the ER the female security guard proceeds to yell and shout at me and my sister. I explain she can be polite and talk to people better her attitude became even worse. I was not rude to her. Security guard even walked past the sign that said “no smoking on campus” with a stinky cigarette in her hand just to tell the ER to not let me in. Smh all that was unnecessary.

I had an extremely positive experience at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital. The entire nursing staff and doctors are excellent, providing top-quality care with exceptional treatment. From the moment I arrived, I felt well cared for and supported.

The warmth and empathy of the medical team truly make a difference. They took the time to listen and address all my concerns, ensuring I understood every step of the process. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care
