Amazing experience moving my grandmother into this great community. From the initial meeting and tour on through to the final onboarding & leasing agreement. Everyone was and is a great pleasure to work with.

Our first nurse practitioner missed multiple signs of Parkinson's. This delayed treatment for over a year. Last weekend we requested a podiatrist referral for a foot inflammation from our new NP. Today is Thursday and we did not even have the courtesy of a phone call. We obtained an appointment on our own and my wife needed minor surgery. We want to support their business model, but not at this level of care.

I don't know what I would do without Pine Health. With Covid my sister didn't see a doctor for almost 2 years. Now we have a PA who comes to us. When I'm working I can still join a visit over video. Everyone I talk to is so kind and genuinely cares about us. Our PA Crystal really listens.
