It can be so hard to find medical supplies that you are able to touch, try on or ask questions about. But at Pinellas Medical Supply the owners Chris and Jared are so kind and patient as I oriented myself to these new necessities. I appreciated that they were not pushy, were super knowledgeable and really kind about hearing my fears and worries. After my purchase I called them to clarify something on the set-up, Jared actually did Facetime with me and stayed on the phone until I got the equipment assembled! Who does that?! I appreciate good customer service and Pinellas Medical Supply has that in spades! Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!
