Staff is friendly. Nurses on the phone are more than willing to do what they can to help and expedite and answer for your question. Doctors can be up and down depending on who you get. Had some issues with a certain doctor, making me to chose to leave the practice. I was convinced by a doctor from Birmingham to see Dr Heard. Wow! I was amazed by her kindness, wealth of knowledge and making me so comfortable leaving all my cardiac issues up to whatever she suggested. Dr Heard rocks!!

Everyone was friendly and Dr Smith was knowledgeable and kind. He listened to my issues and explained about wanting to see my records from my previous Dr before jumping to any conclusions. He understood my concerns and is working with me. Did I mention the place is gorgeous with the picture windows to watch wildlife. An extra perk.

Dr Holmes is very nice, professional, knowledgeable & personable. Also had my follow up appointment with his NP Patti & loved her as well. Answered all my questions & went through everything with me! I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.

Had a great visit today, my caregivers were at the top of their game. Took me in almost right away and handled all my questions very thoroughly. They are planning some additional test in the future and I am glad my future care is with the Crew At Pinnacle.

I had to wait a very short time in a comfortable chair. The x-ray technologist was excellent and fluid and walked me through the process with no problems. Her phlebotomy skills were second to none. There was a smoothness to the process. Since she has done this for 25 years that's no surprise. Kudos to the off-site part of eamc.

An excellent facility with the best employees. I always feel I have been made comfortable and my questions are promptly answered by the knowledgeable staff. At 81, I leave feeling assured that I have been courteously and capably attended to. Good feeling to have.

Staff is amazing! Dr. Reames is a great cardiologist. I depend heavily on the nurse practitioner Ms. Hunt! She's the most kind and caring medical professional I've ever had. Highly recommend this practice.
