Excellent care, we literally had our first appointment and that night had a minor emergency, they talked to us after hours and came up with a game plan to determine if we should go to the er (which we did). The following day we were seen right away to make sure there were no concerns. So happy with our decision to choose Pioneer.

my doctor karen camera fat shamed me when we were the same size (I was 19). Im a lesbian and every single time i saw her she would ask me if that’s changed. She was extremely condescending and somehow missed the fact that I’m autistic. when i complained about my sensory issues and food aversions she told me i needed to grow up. Really don’t recommend her or this place.

I absolutely love this pediatrics office, Dr.Yunis is such an honorable, kind, compassionate, and considerate Dr and always has the heart of providing his patients the best care. He’s been seeing my daughter since she’s been 2 weeks old, never have I ever seen his care or response time change. Being a new mom, I was scared everything was going to get my baby, despite my frequent calls and visits he provided a safe and reassuring environment for not only my daughter but for me as a new mom. He helped provide every bit of information and resources too to help with my difficulties in breastfeeding and helped me explore options and gave resources to me for my supply depleating.
Also a very honorable mention is my daughters nurse Angela, she’s not technically “her” nurse, but I’m always so so so so happy to have her and have requested her when available, she is so gentle, loving, and honestly the sweetest nurse ever. She’s made vaccinations, while hard to handle, easy, fast, and compassionate, she’s very engaging with my little one and is always willing to hear concerns and never ever misses a beat. She’s always excited to watch our little one hit her milestones and gets excited with us 🙂 I absolutely adore this office,
Last but not least, the receptionists are ALWAYS on top of everything, anything that’s needed, especially communications they don’t miss a single piece of information and they always have the correct questions to ask, idk how they do it but they do and I’m so thankful for their responsiveness and care for fitting my little one in even if it is last second. They’re very understanding and caring, always willing to help if they’re able to. Multiple receptionist helped me as a new mom trying to figure out my complicated baby carrier that would NOT loosen up and they understood I didn’t want to leave with my new baby in an unsafe situation, they all jumped in to help and thankfully one of them had the idea of YouTube 🤣 but they’re so active and involved and don’t stop until the situation is resolved.
So thankful for everyone who makes this office so special and unique. I appreciate everyone here and I strongly recommend bringing your little one here 🙂

The office was clean and the staff was friendly, however, right in the waiting room on the glass that seperates the employees from patients was a rainbow flag; inappropriate.

Politics do not belong in a medical office, or any business for that matter. If you really want to display a flag, proudly display an American Flag.

The lactation RN is the best around and so happy with Dr Germani (the only reason to not leave) but scheduling an appointment is impossible and some people you talk to on the phone are not that pleasant. The office ?nurse called reporting I for from a Dr and when asked a question said I don’t know I’m just reporting a messaging I don’t know what’s going on I didn’t read about the issue. With our doctor out trying to get an issue resolved or questions answered is hassle.she’s late for her one year appointment because “she’s on the list” and someone will reach out I’ve called over and over. They don’t realize people also have jobs and needing to schedule things is important.

We love PVP, the staff has always been helpful. Dr. winters is the best and we are so fortunate to have him as our boy’s pediatrician. He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He really goes above and beyond for his patients and our boys love him. I highly recommend pioneer valley pediatrics.

If you want your child to have regular check-ups, I wouldn't recommend this place.The appointment scheduling at Pioneer Valley Pediatrics is the worst I have ever seen! They don't make it easy for parents. Booking an appointment should be a one-step process. At PVP you have to keep calling them back to get one.

In the past we were allowed to schedule our next appointment at the front desk right after you walked out.That's what most doctor offices do. However, they changed the policy two years ago which only allows you to book your next appointment 3 months ahead. When I called them a few months later to book my child's next appointment, I was told the pediatrician was booked for the next 3 months!! My child's checkup is due in April but I couldn't book anything till November!

Go to a different office if you want your kids to have regular checkups. 6 months overdue is not good for your child's development. We are happy with the pediatricians but the management and operation of the office are so terrible and incompetent.
