I don't know her name. But the young lady who works at the front desk was an absolute delight to I work with well setting up my account. She also helped me set up the teen accounts for my in-laws. Called to ask about my member ship to make change asked to we walked true the steps was told should be there in a very rude manner. No one new how to make the change. Was hung up on

They charge you double what you sign up for at 1st they you it's $25 a month for a black membership but then you have to pay a whole bunch of fees on top of it and now they're saying I over them almost $65 I will probably get a new debit card so they don't access to my old one and probably try out eos fitness

Staff is great. Gym is clean. Zero security - there’s been at least 4 cars broken into (mine included) in the last week and there’s no on-site security or quality cameras that are able to capture activity in the parking lot. Will be switching gyms soon and encouraging others to do the same until something is done to resolve this issue.
