Really disappointed with how unprofessional the MA was towards my wife. I don’t remember the name of the MA but she seemed to be of south Asian (Indian) descent but she made my wife feel guilty about the resource we used from planned parenthood website, the MA was very condescending and rude. Also making us feel dumb for making the wrong appointment and making my wife wait over an hour in the patient room when there was no need for her to be there if it was scheduled wrong. We’re both in the medical profession, both admin and clinical and this so not the way our organization treats patients. We only came here for privacy reasons and because we used a reliable resource from the official website yet made us feel like we did something wrong. This is supposed to be a place of support and comfort in addition to it being a medical organization. Thanks for nothing.

Great front desk great clinician easy to talk to, the nurse or MA that was with during the procedure great but the older woman who was asking the unfun questions before felt super judgemental, just overall harsh and like informative harsh is ok with me but she wasn't informing me. At the beginning I had only met with her and if she walked in and said she was putting my iud in I honestly would have left. But again everyone else made me super comfortable and were talking me through the process 10/10 for them.

One of the most comfortable and competent medical experiences in health care. They were thorough, took their time, treated me like a human, and just overall great care- from the team in the front to the team in the back. They provide such valuable services for our community and were there for me when my regular care providers could not be. Everything was smooth from booking online, reminder communications and confirmation. I had a wait but did not mind because I was kept updated, checked on, and then saw the time they took with me. I'd want that for anyone else. I am a healthcare provider myself and they took care of me the way I take care of my patients.

I just called to pay a balance I received in the mail, after I was told in office there was no balance owed,so I made a generous donation, and the lady hung up on me because she said I was yelling at her!! I am absolutely floored that I was spoken to so rudely and hung up on!!! When I said “they told me there was no balance owed, I’m still going to pay it ..l she cut me off and said “yeah well I can’t attest what someone else did it didn’t tell you” I said “I understand that I’m not asking you to..” and she cut me off again and said I was yelling at her and she was releasing the call. I guess you don’t want to be paid. I am absolutely shocked, I’ve never been treated like this.

I had low expectations going in, but this office far exceeded all of them! Everyone was great. The medical staff was very informative and easy to talk to. They made my boyfriend and I feel extremely comfortable - it was almost over the top. I would recommend them to anyone.

So grateful for the great amazing service I receive each time I visit this office. I’m always met with a smile by all the ladies working. There was a woman named Winnie who made me feel extremely comfortable during an uncomfortable situation, holding my hand the entire time for my birth control removal & made me feel seen/heard when I expressed concerns. If every medical office had this feeling of compassion & open communication, the world would be a better place. Thankful to have planned parenthood available.

I have loved almost every experience and interaction I have had at this location. I’ve gone in for a few different things over the last year. Coral and Winnie along with one of the other front desk lady’s were extremely reassuring and helpful. My first appointment for another medical need gave me extreme anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for a better medical assistant than the ones I seen. I however have decided to try another location if the need to be seen comes again. At my first appointment I was told what I would experience was a heavy period after my procedure, it was worse then having a unmedicated child birth. My last appointment I felt that the lady doing my implant was a bit unprofessional stating she doesn’t make enough money here and she does Botox on the side. I don’t think that’s the time or place to make conversation on that. If I had the option too have someone else give medication ect I would if that meant I could still be seen by the other staff aside from her.
