After having a hard time with my own personal practitioner to get an appointment scheduled to have my iud removed or even a simple well check did I make an appointment for the well check at this location after receiving nothing accommodating from my own providers. I literally lose my wallet on the way to the appointment and not only did they still check me in and treat me with a photo copy but also suggested it to me in the first place. I arrived early and was treated promptly and gently by the nurse and practitioner. (Being called and immediately seen about 15 min after my scheduled appointment) The experience was so quick and the staff was so accommodating to my requests of having iud removed and also switching my birth control all in the same appointment. The nurses were so accommodating, gentle, and also amazing listeners; it was this staff specifically that drove me to write this and I appreciate the treatment I received today. Thanks staff >

I appreciate what planned parenthood does for us women but this location is like going to the DMV. 😒 Seems appointments aren’t honored.

One of the best places you can go. 13/10 recommended. The nurses and the docs are incredibly friendly and well educated. They are kind and understanding. Their office is beautiful and welcoming. I felt very comfortable, listened to, and informed. Highly recommend if you're in need of health care.

This planned parenthood is the exact reason I have such a hard time making appointments. I made an appointment online, walked in early for my appointment and stood and waited for 3-5 minutes and was not addressed, even though the 2 females behind the desk finished with the patients they had and then shut their windows. So I sat down, another female walked in and was immediately acknowledged and so i continued to wait another 15 minutes and still was not acknowledged so I walked out. It was not busy, the ladies behind the glass were having a full conversation though so I'm not quite sure why they couldn't acknowledge me. They seemed to have plenty of time on their hands

The services this PPH provides are not only medically superb but their thoughtfulness is stellar. Friday mornings protestors are preaching to the cars and trying to block people from getting services so PPH provides escorts to help shield clients from the harassment. They care.

Getting a vasectomy scheduled was a bit of a hassle but the staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the care and time they gave me. Most places will tell you the min and try to get you out the door but they cleared up any questions and could go more indepth than I even knew was possible with the subject.

Carlos was especially nice and made me feel very comfortable talking about very private things.

I waited two hours just to see a doctor for less than 5 minutes. I'd rate it lower, but the staff was very kind. If you want to schedule an appointment, clear your day because it'll take a huge chunk out of it.

Amazing place, the staff were some of the nicest I've met. Long waits and appointment time but it's very thorough and they're very caring. It was never feeling like I'm wastinv my time. Props to RN Bryan! Love your hair!
