I wish I can give zero stars. I definitely should’ve read a reviews before coming here
This is by far the worst Planned Parenthood I ever been to in my life. They are very unprofessional and rude. Have loud Hispanic music playing in the background. How can you call people names behind a window when you have loud music playing On the speaker in the lobby. They also have an issue with checking your medical insurance card or even verifying if you’re paying by yourself then they want you to download all these apps. I also requested a pregnancy test. The provider told me that she has to have a reason. If I’m requesting a service and paying for it, you don’t tell the client what they cannot get.

It’s like they don’t want to Service people and make it hard for them to be seen. I have never been treated so rudely in a medical environment. This place needs to be closed down. They are not friendly or inviting. I didn’t even feel comfortable, expressing my concerns with them due to the rudeness. Due to this reason, I canceled the appointment and was never serviced after waiting an hour.

The staff has no clue what they are doing, and it definitely shows.

For my personal experience, I’ve been going to This specific location at Desert sky for a little over a year, I’ve been going to Planned Parenthood for years now but The office I go to is absolutely amazing, From the cleanliness to the people there to the environment, everything has always been incredible. Tiffany and Kendall are the providers I see from here and they are both amazing!! Always answer all my questions quickly amd efficiently even in my chart. They are very gentle when it comes to any exams, and thorough with no complaints and just all around amazing. 100% recommend the desert sky location and either of those providers will ensure you’re getting the best care!

Amazing experience getting my iud. I would definitely recommend the nurse practitioner Kendall, she made the experience a lot more tolerable by talking me through everything and making sure I was informed on everything. The other staff was also amazing as well.

Highly recommend this location. The Ma's and Dr Tiffany are so sweet and amazing. The place is very nice and kept clean. Again I couldn't recommend this place enough. I will for sure return back here for my needs then other locations.

Today, here on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, I had my 1st Women's Health appointment, at "Planned Parenthood - Desert Sky" , at 2:40PM, with nurse practioner, Kendall !

I was a little nervous, because it was my first time here, but Kendall, and the rest of the staff, made me feel comfortable and safe, while I was there! ❤

I learned how to do a self breast exam, and the exam even TICKLED A LITTLE BIT!!!

I LOVE how ACCEPTING PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS, OF ALL GENDERS, AND OF THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY, AS WELL!!! ️‍❤

I, 100% , RECOMMEND "PLANNED PARENTHOOD - DESERT SKY" , FOR ALL OF YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS!!! ?

I'd give this place negative starts if I could. Carmen S. And the other girl who had her badge turned around at the front desk, were Horrible. Very rude. Talking down to us as if were children. The waiting room was hot. There are homeless people always outside leaning on the glass. The only person that was nice was Jessica the nurse. I would suggest to her to get out of that clinic and go to a better one. Where they have more respect and show kindness for patience.

The ac in the waiting room was hardly functioning and there were a lot of homeless outside however I was able to get squeezed in with a same day appointment. Jessica took my issue seriously and actually listened to me which doesn’t always happen by doctors which is why I gave them 5 stars. The nurse and Jessica were both very thorough and kind. I appreciate Jessica reassuring me and providing me with as much information as possible regarding my breast exam and I now have a plan of action. I highly recommend planned parenthood.
