I've visited this location a few times over the years, and unfortunately, it's been a consistent disappointment. The bathroom in the lobby, where you drop off your sample, is always dirty, unpleasant, and in poor condition. There's a door where you leave your sample, and I've seen other people's samples, which is unsettling. The front desk staff is fine, I guess, but the so-called "doctors" or "medical assistants" (I'm not sure what to call them) come across as unprofessional and seem clueless about what they’re doing. One couldn’t even draw my blood and had to call someone else, acting frustrated like it was my fault. I’m not expecting luxury service, but they clearly don't seem to enjoy being there, and they’re not welcoming at all. It’s easy to feel like they don’t care about your concerns. The entire facility could really use an update and thorough cleaning. And don’t even get me started on the parking lot.

I have only visited this clinic 2 times and will not return. My first visit was okay besides the MA huffing and puffing about cleaning a restroom with blood everywhere mind you I came at opening. The second visit however was horrible I was told I am first priority so it was okay to come early and they’ll see me right away due to my appointment, however they had me wait a whole extra 30 min of my regular appointment the MA had no remorse that I needed the restroom badly told me to wait until the following people went when there is another restroom that they actually can provide in the back. Very dirty inside the clinic don’t recommend at all to come here stick to your own provider.

I am only dissatisfied because I recieved a call the day of my appointment an hour before. Cancelling my appointment, I'm not sure about Hayward PP. it made me upset because of the inconvenience and if I set an appointment I expect to be seen at that particular time. Didn't happen...no other available appointments just a mess.

Came here for a small procedure. I’m typically an anxious person while at any health care facility especially if I’m the one getting something done. I made sure to let the person helping me know this information about me. She did not even care, lacked patient care, seemed like she just wanted to get this over with and move on; I was just the next patient to her. When she started the procedure I flinched, which also told her I can be very finicky due to my anxiety. She then tells me, ”well I told you I was going to do that.” Which I replied, ”I told you I’m just anxious I’m not blaming you.” I felt like I was taking more care of her than she was of me. To be a woman in healthcare and lack this much compassion especially in a place like PP. I would rather wait to have my insurance kick in than to go back to this place ever again.

Nice staff, but somehow they lost my urine sample and I now have to come back in to take time off of work to give a new one. Super inconvenient because I work 30-45 min away with traffic. I don't know if it was the lab's fault but this has never happened to me before..

Doctors and staff have always been friendly, nonjudgmental, and accomadating. There have been times where I’ve had to wait beyond my appointment window due to staff shortage (the worst being a 2 hour wait), but I understand that they work hard to see everyone and give quality service.
