Pleasant Lake Medical is a great doctors office. The office staff and the nurses are outstanding and efficient at their jobs. You always have a quick check in and short wait to be called in by the nurses to get initial checks. Dr Shepherd shows up shortly after your in the exam room. Dr Shepherd is always friendly and greats you upon entering the room. He is very knowledgeable and interested in your health condition. He gives you time to explain your current health issues. You get the impression that Dr Shepherd is very well read on current medical conditions and care. I have been a patient at this office for over ten years and am very satisfied

Dr. Shepherd has been our primary care physician ever since we moved here in 2003.
