We could not ask for better care for our loved one! He was beyond comfortable! We were checked in with multiple times a day and always updated with everything going on. We were asked about our wants and needs. They took care of us too! They provided recommendations to help us help our loved one. Staff was constantly coming in the room to check on our loved one and adjust him properly. They went above and beyond helping with transportation, eating, therapy and just making sure he got up and out of his room. I wouldn’t consider another place.

Great staff welcoming and kind. Also a beautiful and clean place that is comfortable for my friend who is staying there. Easy process for entry that starts off the experience right. Grateful for everyone's love and attention to the patients there and to me as a visitor.

Nursing staff was friendly and most importantly attentive. I asked for a few requests during the visit and under 10 minutes each one was taken care of. Next visit going to get my mom to participate in their calendar events which I was also really happy to see.

My father was brought here from Redwood City Kaiser last night, my mom, sister and me met him here. Our First impression was great, friendly and very proper. This facility is kept very clean and organized. My dad is very comfortable and relaxed we are blessed and relieved to have him here, Thank you for all your hard and professional work. First impressions were great! Very pleasant staff and settling my mom in went well. Staff seems attentive and caring. Facility was clean and did not have any odor. Safety precautions were in place for the flu/covid season.

I'm a patient at this rehab center and very happy with everything here. The staff including the morning, afternoon and evening shift are super!!
I couldn't ask for anything different. Everyone is really great here.The meals are very good, and tasty 😋

My mother was in a difficult situation where she needed to be placed immediately in a facility. We are so thankful that our amazing social worker Veronica managed to get her into Pleasanton Nursing and Rehabilitation center. The staff was caring, friendly and kind to mom while she was there for 2 1/2 weeks. Whatever she needed they were there for her to make her comfortable. Needing a little more peace and quiet they managed to get her into a nice 2 person room with a view that made her at ease and allowed her to rest easy. The facility was always clean and the staff was always helpful and understanding. If you find yourself needing a place for a loved one I would highly recommend this facility. We thank all of them for making a very difficult and sad decision as positive as it could possibly be. We could rest easy every night knowing mom was being cared for properly until her time of passing.

Almost every nurse/doctor/physical therapist/occupational therapist/staff member has been just wonderful. (With only a couple of exceptions!!). I feel confident my mother is safe there.
