I went to Pleitez Dental Corp. for a tooth extraction and dental implant, and I am exceptionally happy with the service and care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Gustavo at the front desk. He sat down with me in the waiting room and explained the paperwork well; other staff in other offices often mechanically hand you paperwork and say “fill this out.” Once I met with Dr. Pleitez, I was comforted by his calmness and attention to detail. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained what the procedure would entail. As the procedure was being performed, he kept me updated with the progress and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable because of my troublesome gag reflex. If you are looking for an effective dentist that is compassionate and understanding of your dental needs and comfort level, Pleitez Dental is the place to go.

I was referred to Dr. Pleitez' office by a friend, and I can honestly say it's the best dental experience I've ever had. In the past, I've dealt with rough or dishonest dentists, but Dr. Erik is truly different. He's one of the most caring and gentle dentists I've encountered. Throughout the entire procedure, he reassured me, always explaining what I'd feel before I felt it, and very accurate, today's root canal was absolutely painless, when he said we were almost done, I thought he was joking because I hadn't felt anything! It was clear I was in excellent hands, and his professionalism really stood out.

The office staff is just as wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Gustavo, the front desk tech, even greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself--something I've never experienced at a dental office before. That small gesture set the tone for the entire visit and showed me I was dealing with genuinely good people.

The office is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here. I typically dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Erik and his team have made it much easier mentally, physically, and emotionally. I'll be recommending him to all my friends and family -- and to you, dear reader!

Going to the dentist has often been stressful for me because most dentists do not understand the difficulties I have with keeping my mouth open for procedures, and instead of being compassionate, they would just try to push through the procedure even if it caused me significant pain and discomfort. Dr. Erik Pleitez is different. He acknowledged my challenges, and he took a kinder and gentler approach in which he completed one portion, allowed me to rest and relax, and would follow up with the next portion, checking in with my comfort level each step of the way. I’ve been a patient for more than 10 years and I can honestly say that they make you feel comfortable from the moment you step in. I recently had to have a crown replaced and they made sure that I didn’t leave until the color matched my other crowns (that were done many years ago elsewhere) they have the newest technology in which they were able to adjust the color there in the office. I will never stop recommending them because they truly care about you being content with your smile.

I recently took my 13-year-old to PLeitez Dental for a root canal, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Erik and his team. Dr. Erik was exceptionally wonderful in handling what can be a very challenging procedure, especially for a young teenager. He navigated the complexities of the root canal while providing my son with an incredible sense of peace and comfort.

The environment at PLeitez Dental is warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the phenomenal front office staff. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. The husband-and-wife dental team truly creates a lovely environment that makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

What really stood out to me was how well my son felt immediately after the procedure and even the following day. I’ve had root canals myself, and my experiences were nowhere near as smooth or painless as my son’s. It’s clear that Dr. Erik has a special touch when it comes to patient care and expertise in dentistry.

I can’t recommend PLeitez Dental enough. Dr. Erik will definitely be our new family dentist, and I’m grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate professional.
