I have been going to Dr. Harootunian for years.
Dr. Harootunian has been my first adult Primary Care.
Whenever I have ever had an issue he listens intently and always presents multiple solutions as options and always attempts to avoid overprescribing and ensuring not to overwhelm the body. Any referrals he has made have been spot on and he also has a lot of interesting medical and non medical information each time I am in.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming and I dont think i have ever sat in that waiting room longer than 5 minutes.
I highly recommend especially if you live in the Carver Area!

If zero stars was a possible rating...

First visit, Doctor H paid zero attention to the issue I came in for, talked at me (not to me, at me) about the benefits of a Vegan lifestyle. Seemed disinterested in helping me out. Decided to give them a second try a year later...

This time for an ear infection. Doctor told me to let it "play out naturally"(?) instead of prescribing something to take care of the infection. I called back two days later as the pain grew worse, and was told I could come back in to have it looked at again WITHOUT A SECOND PAYMENT. Fast forward a few weeks and I am receiving a bill for two separate office visits, which I was assured would not happen. All so he could write me a prescription for Flonase that I could've purchased over the counter.

Next, the prescription medication I have been taking for over 10 years was never called in to my preferred home delivery service,f reasons that could not be explained to me by whoever I spoke to when I called the office. I then asked if they could call the prescription in to my local CVS because I was completely out of medicine. They said they would call it in to CVS, but instead called the home delivery service, and I had to go without my medicone for an entire week, which caused me to go through terrible withdrawal symptoms.

By far the worst experiences I have had at any medical practitioner, whether it be physician, dentist, or otherwise. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
