I’ve been in a lot of hospitals, stayed over night or multiple nights in my 56 years. I had a total knee replacement at PMC and was the best experience I’ve had with everything from the facility, cleanliness and especially the staff.

Everyone from registration to surgery to post op care went above and beyond. They made me extremely comfortable and genuinely showed a caring bed side manner.

Next time you go to a hospital, see if you receive a thank you note signed by the staff like I just did. I know this was a 1st for me.

UPDATE: 2nd knee surgery, same wonderful staff at PMC! Clean, friendly, attentive and a very comfortable stay!

I recently visited PMC and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait times, which I greatly appreciated. The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to hygiene and patient care. The medical skills of the staff were evident throughout my visit, and I felt confident in the care I received. Overall, I was impressed by the exceptional service and care provided. Highly recommend this hospital !

This hospital has the most incredible staff ! Each and every member on the staff is kind , caring, compassionate and treats each patient with respect and dignity! My night shift nurse said different things in reference to pain meds. I just had a total knee replacement . She was supposed to be in at 5:00a.m. now at 5:30 she changes her reasoning from her original conversation. Oral route after operation barely touches total knee replacement. Which is why they do IV! I have had family members experience similar issues. Right after my surgery Sept. 25 11a.m. the nurse doing my pain meds had no integrity, dishonest and full of excuses. I dnt appreciate being manipulated, especially by RN Ann Marie. Dr Goodin is my surgeon he was the best thing in my experience and the day shift RN and CNA were an example of integrity. I tried to reach the on call Dr. No one called me back. And now at 5:45 a m. She comes in with a pain med for IV !! I think she enjoyed being controlling and her patients were in terrible pain. I have to have another total knee replacement left as soon as my Dr. says we can proceed with the left knee. I do NOT want RN Anne Marie ever again. Again very, very disappointed. Dr. Harper came in . He did not care. He was snobby and bothered at my complaints. Wow .....sI thank Dr. Goodin, the day shift crew and my awesome, caring CNA night shift Ms. Patricia. She is gem! Thank you CNA Ms. Patricia♥️😊

I had back surgery and spent time in PMC in July 2024. . I was amazed with the care and attention given to me. I have never had that kind of care in any other hospital. The nurses and staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to help me in my recovery. The only downside was the food which was only tolerable. Fortunately, there were restaurants nearby. PMC itself is top notch!!

This personal touch has significantly eased my recovery process, making it much easier than I ever imagined. Their dedication to patient care has set a new standard for me, one that will serve as a benchmark for what healthcare should be. It's rare to encounter such a universally exceptional team, and it's clear that their commitment to excellence in patient care is deeply ingrained in their ethos. As much as I am looking forward to going home, I must admit, there's a part of me that will genuinely miss them. To the nursing staff, thank you for your unwavering support, your boundless compassion, and for making a challenging time in my life as pleasant as it could possibly be. You have made all the difference in my recovery, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

I honestly had the best experience here. I was super nervous, but Dr. Harrell did my procedure. Him and his team were all very nice, professional and they made me feel better after explaining what was going to be done. They were very quick. I got my results immediately afterwards.
