04/21/25.-The worst service I've ever experienced. They have no patient control, taking more than four hours to perform a scan. Instead of providing the service when the customer requests it, they let it go, giving them a document to sign, where they take no responsibility, and the patient leaves without a diagnosis or completed service. A second-rate hospital. They urgently need an audit of their staff, and if they're going to outsource, hire competent staff, starting with the front desk. If you need other review, no hesitate to ask me.

04/22/25.-Yesterday I had a terrible experience in the emergency room at the hospital. However, today, thanks to Alicia S. (who you'll see in the photos I'm sharing), she completely made my day with her extraordinary service. She should be promoted to hospital director. She did everything she could to get my CT scan done as quickly as possible. We need more people like Alicia with a service spirit who aren't there just for a paycheck. I applaud and acknowledge Alicia's wonderful service; thank God there are people like her. Thank you so much, Alicia. When I have my own hospital, I'll take you with me, lol. 🙏
My new rating for her is 5 Stars.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I had a wonderful experience today for my surgery. I'm so glad I had my procedure done at my favorite hospital, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Vanyo, Dr. Lundy, Dr. Heitz, the check in staff, all the preop and postop nursing staff, the Nuclear Medicine staff, as well as Juan my gurney transporter gentleman and Pinky my preop nurse were all excellent. What an AWESOME team at PVHMC. I highly recommend this outpatient surgery team at the outpatient Pavillion to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Most nurses personnel are very nice and attentive people . The nurses that took care of me We’re wonderful.
Only complaint is that you can’t sleep during the night And get a good restful night because it is tremendously noisy, and too much light in the rooms. But the most important thing is to get well and move on. I am very grateful for my care at Pomona Valley Hospital.

My mom was transferred here from her rehab for emergency test. It was very crowded, but they were able to get into a room fairly quickly. All the staff was very nice and attentive. I do feel their waiting room needs some definite improvement. It is very small. However, the outside over flow area, even though open to the elements, still has heaters to keep everyone warm with lots of seats.

My personal experience was good went in 9 months pregnant with some bleeding the nurses and staff were very nice. I will admit that they should have a separate line for women who are in pain because they’re going into active labor aside from the regular ER visits. A lady was moaning in pain be hide me and still had to wait for like 6 people who wanted to check in as visitors. That’s not right. Two separate lines should be fine.

The best hospital. I had my appendix removed, where they ran tests and blood work to confirm appendicitis. Everything went perfectly. The surgery went very well. I want to thank all the nurses and doctors. They were all super friendly: Arnold, Magdalena, Sarah, Ed, John, among others. It was my first experience in a hospital, and it was very pleasant.

On my humble opinion every member of the staff was great. From the security guard in the entrance that saw me and rushed to get me in a wheelchair, all the way to the nursing staff. Every single nurse was above and beyond in my case. They were super attentive and I felt they were doing it genuinely not just for a paycheck. I can go on and on but it will take me a small book to right it down. Lastly I’ll love to thank tremendously to, Danny, Crystal, Isaac, Marisol Luna and the social worker on duty.
Overall deep thank you to absolutely everyone.

I went to have surgery. And the whole staff was great. Jason's personality was amazing, he made me forget how nervous I was. Jenny was great very helpful and personable. Valerie was accommodating and sweet. And let's not forget my doctor. Dr. lercel he's awesome. 😊
