Not sure why they even have a Customer Service dept. . They are not helping in any way shape or form. It is obvious they don’t care, everyone gets the same automated answer whether it is on the phone or here on the reviews! They messed up on my husbands trach supplies and send the wrong size cannulas. Was told somebody would get in touch. Still waiting since the beginning of week. It is impossible to get it straightened out or fixed. They don’t care. Tina was so rude and couldn’t care less. I will report them .

Been trying for 2 months to get a different CPAP mask, using a doctor's prescription, changing the style for medical reasons. Keep getting excuses. Today says Preferred Team is reviewing my doctors order. Then keeps saying, "Just to set your proper expectations." He said that means I'm not due for supplies until October because I just got supplies in July. I told him I've been trying to get this new mask since before July delivery. Now I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes while he waits for the busy local office to answer the phone... to see if they will approve the new mask. Preferred is a supplier, ONLY. Approval is through the doctor and insurance. They say approval is by Preferred only. Wrong.

I have been a patient for almost 10 years now and I had great services since August of 2023.
I just thought that I had everything good, but NO!!
we need our supplies not just because!!
It's our daily life.
I have had to deal with a person named Ashley and she has no customer service whatsoever...
Very rude and it's like she is not willing to help out..
I asked for a supervisor and was refused to talk to one.
Same thing happened with my doctor's nurses assistant.
I didn't choose this life it just happened and not be able to get my supplies effects my daily life.
I have a colostomy and I just can't go without my bags.

My doctor and I discussed my need for mobility assistance and we agreed to start off with a walker. Finally it arrived, unassembled. After some more time, it arrived assembled. Now, my doctor sent in an order for a scooter. Again, after she and I talked. Preferred won't send it to me! It's been 4 months now and one excuse after another. It's looking like I won't get to vote in November. Why are they even still in business!?!

I don't know how they're still in business. It's like they're actively fighting to not help their customers in any way shape or form. If nobody ever gets anything, where are they getting money?

I've been contacting you. Repeatedly. For 5 weeks now. You really think a Google review was my *first* step? You're very much not "committed to ensuring the best possible care for all it's patients". If you were, I'd have had a CPAP 6 weeks ago instead of the runaround, and constant "we'll give you a calls" that never happen, and then the repeat, the contradictory information every time I call back, and the attempts to blame it on my doctor not sending you information I personally watched them send. Or, even better, I'd have had one last year when we first contacted you, and you gave me the runaround until my existing test's eligibility expired. But sure... Committed.

My Dad is 80 years old. We were told that his hospital bed would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm on 9/25/2024. I called Preferred Homecare several times that day to make sure they were going to deliver the bed. We took my Dads bed apart excepted them to deliver the hospital bed. THEY SHOWED UP AT 11:10PM. My Dad had to sleep in his recliner. Needs less to say here we’re are the next day wanting for them to deliver the bed again. This is unacceptable and unbelievable!!!!

Been forced to deal with this outfit for over six years now. My insurance dictates this. Thought things would get better when Lincare took them over, things got worse!!! They give me differing stories every time I call, and they have never called me back as they said the would on numerous occasions. Their customer service and care fall well below sub-standard, it’s the worst! Once you get upset or frustrated because of the way they treat you, they just double down by becoming obstinate and extremely rude, placing the blame back on you for what’s going wrong.

I have waited 2 days for a delivery. They cancelled me yesterday without notice. I had to have someone here and she waited ALL day for a delivery of oxygen that never came. I had to go to dialysis without my oxygen. Today they missed the first delivery window and then said they’d be here by 6. Now it’s 6pm and I still don’t have oxygen. These people do not care about people, their time or most importantly their health. I have to go through the weekend and into next week without oxygen. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me no. It’s unbelievable that for a health care company they do not deliver vital supplies on time.

It’s now 10pm at night. Still no oxygen. After the generic response from “owner” I have decided to file a complaint against them on the BBB. I suggest everyone do this.
