I met with Jose S. at preferred homecare to get my cpap machine. Jose was very patient and so professional. I left with my machine and felt fully capable to use it after my appointment.
Update: I was having issues wearing my nasal pillow mask so I made another appointment to be fitted for a full face mask. I met with Keri who was also so professional and friendly and helped me find the right mask that would work for me. She clearly explained how to set up and use this mask properly. I am so happy with everyone at preferred home are. I would definitely recommend using them.

I was prescribed a Resmed AirSense 11 a few years ago. I showed up at the office and they attempted to give me an Airsense 10. I told them they were either going to give me what was prescribed or I was going to walk out.

They tried to originally tell me they didn't have any left in stock, but when I got up to walk out, they "found" one in another office and sent me home with it.

Now they've marked my account as inactive and have been unreachable by both myself and their corporate offices. I went through the whole order process, was told supplies would arrive in seven to ten days, and seven to ten days later, I called back to find out there was a note on my file to call me regarding my account. No call was made. No voicemail was left.

Do better, I swear.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Keri T. at Preferred Home Care for instruction on my new CPAP machine. She was very thorough and patient. I am happy with the opportunity to order my supplies on line or by phone with Lincare. They call monthly and there is no waiting on hold to talk with an agent.

Horrible company. Has gotten my medical supplies wrong every month except once. Waited three weeks for them to "do something". They continuously get my order wrong. Sending the wrong amounts and items AND LATE. Even with my doctors prescription sent they still mess up my order. They now have me on hold for close to an hour. Very deceptive company. Very unprofessional tactics and customer service. I am reporting them to the US Department of Health and Human services. Has been months of hell dealing with preferred. They are not a good, conscious, caring company. I don't have the supplies I need. Is effecting my health negatively. They are fictitiously "documenting" they claim my prescription is different from what my doctor HAS sent as a prescription. Corner and cost cutting company. Has put me in a really bad situation. Am loosing weight have gotten rashes and near infections. Horid company. Run. I'm switching companies. Has been over 4 months of this disgusting treatment from them.

In regards to the "response" from preferred home care: if that were the truth then I would have received a call from a supervisor. Along with getting the proper items that I need in the timeframe needed. I have been more then patient. Have jumped through every hoop that preferred home care sent me through to receive little to no service. Incorrect items. Customer service representatives whom claim that the prescription that my doctor sent (multiple times from multiple doctors via request of preferred home care) is different....it's less items of course. 30 days in a month need 30 of each item. Have explained for months. Have done all I can do. This "company" has treated me as if they do not want to be my medical supplier. Have never had an issue every single month from a "company". Still noone has reached out from this company to do their job. I have attempted every way possible to get "customer service". Today it took 50 minutes on the phone with a preferred home care representative.....almost an hour just to be repeatedly put on hold to receive no resolve towards a solution. Being that I STILL NEED MY MEDICAL SUPPLIES ....every month this company fails to provide me with the most bare necessities which I have been prescribed. Very rude and disrespectful service. Your paid by the insurance company anyway. Why do I have to suffer due to your negligence?
