Have been using this practice for 5 months. As an senior with multiple health issues I am greatly pleased with the medical care I am receiving. Friendly staff, professional, NO overbooking, efficient medical practice. I would highly recommended them to any adult seeking a physician. Positive feature is children have a separate waiting room.

do not go here unless you want to be scammed of money. i’d give this place no stars if i could. they scammed my mom for times she wasn’t even there. they expect you to go in every couple of weeks even when you’re feeling fine. the staff has became very rude.

Front desk staff is awesome. I have this new male doctor. He’s okay. Personally I think he could’ve been a little bit more nicer. And he could’ve prescribed me the medicine that I wanted. Especially if I’m paying him my hard earn money.

I choose this as my primary care because their office is close to my house, and they promised same day sick visits.
Well, when I needed a well visit for my work’s insurance, I was told I could come the next day (despite there being availabilites) since they reserved same day appointments for sick visits. Okay, there will come a day when I need a sick visit, so okay.
Well, today was that day. I called to make an appointment for same day sick visit, and was told I could be seen tomorrow. When I asked, the same day sick visits are only as the schedule allows. Thanks Emily. I will be finding a new doctor.
I give it two stars because Eddie is great. The office staff is inconsistent.

Currently still sitting in an exam room waiting to see the doctor for my son. Not only is it 50 minutes past our appointment time, but the nurse is going to get rude with me because they messed up putting in the appointment type when I scheduled it. I came here to get my son seen because he is sick, not be patronized by the staff.
Update: Still haven’t seen a doc, nurse came back in and wanted to move us rooms since we aren’t in a kids room. My son, having fallen asleep by now, was not about to be moved. She then proceeded to slam the door closed because she couldn’t move us. Been here over an hour now...

I have a 20 year old Autistic son and they are fabulous with him! He gets very nervous when he comes to the doctor and they talk with him and laugh with him and listen about all the America's funniest videos and stunt car drivers. Tonya and SeKeita are wonderful with him! Thank you for being so caring and loving to my son.

This office in Opelika is smaller than the one in Phenix City but the staff is really friendly and things move faster as there are less patients. It is a relief to not have to sit in your car and wait in the heat then when you finally get called wait forever in the room for a doctor. Here they do the vitals then move you right in a room. About 5 minutes later in came Jonathan. Both of us were there to see Jonathan so he got right to work and took care of us and got all of our concerns taken care of. PJonathan Gallinger is very thorough which is more than we can say about Dr Cardi at Phenix City.
