My son has only ever seen the PA here, Ms. Catherine. She has always been so patient with him (who isn’t a fan of doctor’s offices). Sometimes I can’t bring him and a family member has to take him. They are always accommodating and make every visit go smoothly.

It’s unfortunate to give such a low rating, but the front desk admin or whoever Jennifer is with this company really has room for growth. I’m not sure how busy one must be to have a parent hold the line for over 15 mins. This is after hanging up on me the first go around.

I do love Dr Ann at this practice, but customer service means front and back office and the front office is failing at this miserably.
