I am currently receiving care from Preferred Transitions because of a fall at home that caused significant injury. Highly satisfied doesn’t describe the care delivered, rather it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Maeghan the OT is competent, personable, and comprehensive. Her manner has put my husband and me at such ease, she is wonderfully therapeutic! Mark the PT has been terrific in assisting with my mobility needs. He is thorough and most helpful. I had no prior knowledge or experience with this agency before this. As a retired hospital administrator, I give Preferred Transitions an unequivocal recommendation for anyone needing home care!
