Dr. Kimberly Hansen is a stand out in this practice. She truly cares about her patients and has incredible knowledge. I am in my 60’s with a 15 year old lumbar spinal fusion. I’m constantly tearing tendons, hip, knees, shoulder. She’s the first primary care physician to order blood work to check for hormone levels. I’ve been walking around without any testosterone or estradiol. I had no idea. In my book, Dr. Hansen is the best PCP I’ve ever had. I’m on my way to a better state of health as a result of her care. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

At last, someone who pays attention and makes adjustments to medication when needed. Good at listening; very important. Our previous doctor, at another office, was good at taking notes and writing scrips, but not good at listening and making necessary adjustments. We are so glad we found Kim Novak. Life is better now.

I can’t express how wonderful Premier Mountain Health care is. The staff is so obliging, medical assistance, courteous, and kind the doctors understanding and efficient. My calls are always returned. The portal is easy to use to get my results and make appointments. I’ve never been to an office this efficient. Dr Bierer, Mimi Sorenson, and miss Kim have all been absolutely amazing. This is my Healthcare of Choice. I don’t see myself leaving. I fully recommend Premier Mountain Health healthcare.

I saw Jay Kemp as a new patient and he was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Ive seen many doctors that just dismiss my concerns, he was not like that at all. My husband referred me because he also loves Jay!

Dr Bierer is the best doctor I've ever had. She is incredible with challenging medical issues and truly cares. Her staff is wonderful too including front office staff, nurses, PAs, lab techs - everyone.

They have amazing staff and are caring. Dr Bierer is an amazing doctor. She really cares about our son. She messages us every couple days to check on him, even after the appointment. Words truly can’t express our satisfaction with the premier mountain healthcare teams professionalism and experience. I became a New patient with Lyndsay Funk last May. She is absolutely incredible. The best provider I have ever had. She is compassionate, kind, very knowledgeable, and truly cares. I have seen her multiple times since May, and have been taken care of in very way. Would highly recommend Lyndsay Funk. She is all about taking care of your healthcare needs from top to bottom.

I have had so many issues with this office, never going back! Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. You wait on hold for 30 minutes and then they answer and ask you to hold! Cant get prescriptions refilled, saw Lyndsey Funk a few times and as soon as i told her I've had anxiety and depression most of my life, she only focuses in that and acts like you are going to kill your self. Even when im in there for a sick visit, talks about everything else except what im in there for. And if i tried to change the conversation back to why i was in for an appointment she gets quiet and has a bad attitude.
