Dr Sharma and Physicians Assistant Harry Heard have taken care of me for many years. They have been personally involved with my husband as he went through a very difficult knee replacement. They listen to me and respect my understanding of my body. I am really very pleased with these particular doctors at Premier. I can’t say the same for other medical personnel there, but I am able to make appointments with the personnel I trust. Trust, since the COVID years has become very important to me. I trust Dr Sharma and Harry also.

I’m so shocked to see any negative reviews. The physicians and NPs are superb. Their genuine concern for their patients is very evident and deliberate. I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma for many years and love and trust him implicitly with my healthcare. He’s saved my life twice, literally. Emily, one of the NPs, was very thorough and empathetic with my sister who came to her with a mass in her breast. Dr. Ledford is also very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He very quickly diagnosed a skin irritation. The prescribed medication treated the area in no less than 48 hours! For a physician who does not specialize in dermatology, I found that very impressive.
I think you’re making an excellent choice if you’re in search of a new healthcare provider.

This company don't deserve to be opened. My wife and I applied at the same time. She was approved instantly, because of her insurance. Since I have Medicaid, they told me they were going to call me soon as the so called dr look at my application. That been months ago, and they still haven't called. So my wife decided not to be bothered with them as well. I'm good now. I got a real Dr who doesn't discriminate.

Was a patient of Hemberg Healthcare for years. Came back as new patient of Premier Primary Care once Sunil Sharma took over to get put back on medications that Sunil Sharma himself put me on only to go into an appointment and be treated by Jeremy Ledford as if I'm only there to get my prescriptions the founder of your business started me on to do something illegal. He told me that even if I passed a random drug test that he decided I had to take which has never once been administered for my medications that he wouldn't be writing my prescriptions. I would go to literally any other doctors office in Lee County.

I am very disappointed in this facility. For starters, you must fill out and bring your application in person and the doctors review your application and insurance to "approve you." I waited weeks to get the phone call that I was approved and the person stated that she needed the information on the back of my insurance card to verify some information and she would call me back. I followed up a few weeks later to schedule my initial visit and a different person said I had not been approved and there were many patients ahead of me. I asked to speak to the patient care coordinator to ensure that I had my approval and the person transferred me to voicemail and when I tried to call back did not answer the phone. I called from a different number, they answered, told her who I was and she forwarded me to voicemail again. This is not how you do business and it is clear that this practice does not care about others. I have great insurance through Aetna and I am in my 30's with a situation that I need help with and this place is not kind. I will be seeking help somewhere else and I encourage other too as well.

I have been using this facility back before Dr Hemberg retired. In my onion this is a top notch facility with caring staff and genuine care. Am also pleased with all employed at this facility. They always take their time and show their utmost care and respect for you and your issues. Number One in my book!

My wife had the worst experience with the doctors at this facility. Her symptoms were left untreated with false readings of her reports. The medicines prescribed had a completely negative impact on her condition. We ended up paying for the poorly read procedures that did not benefit her condition and for the medicines that caused her more pain than before. We had to choose a different clinic after wasting our time, effort and money with this facility. Never going back there again.
