I have been coming to this office for about 11 years. I am always able to get in quickly. Michelle is the absolute best. She alwasy listens and never rushes me and addresses all of my concerns. Kathy at the front desk is very good. She is very professional and very helpful when I call.

Michelle Yoo is the hardest working medical professional I have ever met. She takes her time to explain things and answer any questions you may have. She actually cared about her patients and it shows. The front office ladies are friendly. I would recommend this practice.

We have had many primary doctors and both agree Dr Jordan is the best! She's thorough, caring, professional and personable. The office staff are great and easy to work with. Plus their office actually answers their phone, unlike some dr offices that prefer you leave a message and call you back within 48 hrs.

I have been going here for about a year and a half. I say that loosely as I rarely need to go to the doctor, just for the yearly exam. I haven't been on a single medication for years and years. I have recurring shingles that re-appear every 5.5 months or so. Generally, it runs its course with no anti-viral or pain medication needed. This time, it spread to my abdomen so I have a roughly 11 x 6 inch belt around my lower abdomen. This is in addition to the site on my back. Those who have had shingles know that in the rank of pain, generally only burns, kidney stones and childbirth compare. Michelle Yoo did prescribe the anti-viral and Gabapentin, 100mg. I called the next day to tell them the Gabapentin was not providing any relief. 27 hours later, I received a return phone call telling me to take the medication, that was not working, more often. They made me feel like a druggie for asking for something stronger. I am a 60 year old accountant who they know takes no medication whatsoever.
It was humiliating and a terrible experience.
I only changed to them as my insurance at the time was Banner Aetna and my usual primary care doctor (who I had been with for 35 years) was not on that plan.
They are all very nice. I was super surprised and disappointed by my experience, but I won't be back. It is cruel to allow someone to suffer like that with NO reason.

I love Presidio Primary Care. I have been seeing Dr. Cynthia Jordan for over 10 years and primarily see Michelle Yu. Both have amazing bedside manner and take the time to listen and assess your concerns. Michelle I have to give 5+ stars to because I see her more often and she is absolutely amazing. I have referred 2 friends to their office and am confident they are receiving outstanding care as well.

We've been with Presidio Primary Care for several years. I am so thankful for Dr. Cynthia Jordan. She took my husband's pre-diabetes seriously and helped him get his health on track. He is no longer pre-diabetic and is much more healthy. I've had good experiences with Michelle Yoo and the other providers here as well. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful and quickly responsive to questions.

I have been a patient with this office for about three years. I have never had any issues with my care. The front office girls are very quick to get you in and the PA, Michelle Yoo is the best! I've recommended my boyfriend and family members to go here, and now they are both patients.
