Awful place! My dad was there for several months and neglected. I’d visit and his catheter was overflowing and nobody answering his call light. He ended up losing his large toe due to them ignoring podiatrist instructions for recheck. Even after this, they have not offered to pay for any of my dad’s medical bills, and continuing to bill him for an outstanding balance! Go anywhere else!

hey, all the staff at chehalem health & rehab - think their are fooling everyone and get bolder and bolder the more comfortable they get over the years twenty!! give give x 2 i would like to drop some names start from the top no. 1 would be chuck Williams - administrator with Mich purvis and Virginia winter Thompson and others there are lots more too. starting right here in newberg, Oregon 97132, it is also called prestige asissed living, it is more like unassisted living... i was told years ago if there lip's move their lying, hey holy Hershey quits batman! these people are right here at prestige health & rehab any questions, don't ask any state
