I have been searching for a Nurse Practitioner since the pandemic. My doctor is Carla Aldaz. Her and the staff have an awesome bedside manner that is off the chart!
I would rate her higher than 5 stars if I could.
When you are speaking with Provider Aldaz, the conversation is genuine, because she listens intently. And she addresses your questions while giving exceptional care!!
These day it is difficult to find quality Healthcare. I have found this in Provider Aldaz.

5 star treatment hands down. The staff there is amazing; extremely accommodating, attentive and very personable. They truly care about their patients and it is exemplified by Dr. Bland. I’ve never had a doctor listen to my concerns & be attentive to my needs the way he has. He truly listens and cares. Took the time with me to describe my injury and the details surrounding the initial diagnosis of the injury to what to expect throughout the recovery time…,and I had a lot of questions. He spent the time & I never felt rushed as he answered all my questions. His medical assistant, Alex, is amazing as well and a definite asset to the doctor as Alex is as gentle and caring; listens and answers all questions just as Dr. Bland does.
This is a great team. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with the level of care I experience there.

I had such a pleasant experience at Prestiage Medical Care. I went to see Dr. Bland for a toe issue. The techs were thorough, very pleasant to talk to, and put me right at ease. Dr. Bland was warm and friendly. He spent time with me and explained the procedure in detail. Which many doctor offices don't really seem to do anymore. They just herd you in like cattle, and usually, the doctors spend less than 5 min with you. Not the case at Prestiage. Both my follow-ups were just as pleasant. I can't say enough about the wonderful care I received. I would recommend Dr. Bland and his team to anyone.

In April, I was diagnosed with an infected toe ulcer which several ER Practitioners and 2 DPMs in Denver, CO declared I should have amputated. There was no attempt of debridement of the ulcer, nor was a wound culture performed. I was told my toe was ugly and should be removed. I argued I needed them to clean the wound and perhaps offer IV antibiotic treatment. They all said no it was not the best option since it could damage my kidneys. Instead I was forced to schedule an appointment for the amputation without a positive culture.

The one MRI performed showed possible bone infection. I was distraught and scared. I didn't know what to do except look to the experts to advise me properly. I was told I had false hopes. But my gut feeling felt otherwise.

This caused me to lose so much sleep over their decision and suffered from major anxiety for the first time ever in my life. I then called a good doctor friend of mine to get his advise and was referred to Dr. Bland in Phoenix. Dr. Bland welcomed my out-of-state referral and I was on the next flight out of Denver. I was so nervous.

I asked myself, was I on my way to what I prayed would be better treatment? Were my hopes too high for what was deemed a bad option in Denver? By the miracle of hope and prayers I pushed on. Enter Dr. Bland!

First visit, Dr. Bland, looked at my toe and was very honest about how bad it looked but didn't stop there. He immediately, numbed my foot and performed a debridement of my wound. It looked and felt better. Dr. Bland gathered a sample to test for the bacteria causing the infection and sent it for testing. In the first 15 minutes of our visit he did so much more than what Denver doctors thought was best for me.

There was so much hope! He was optimistic and supported my decision to go the extra mile with his plan to treat. I mean the Denver doctors I saw applied gauze on my toe and sent me home with the "there's no hope let's cut attitude."

Within two weeks I performed wound care at home with the help of my 15 year old daughter and looked forward to my follow-up in Phoenix. I visited Dr. Bland once more where he then referred me for IV treatment to combat the identified bacterial infection.

Six weeks later I completed IV antibiotic treatment with Rocky Mountain ID and the brilliant Dr. Neid and staff. Thru patience, hope, a strong gut feeling and the combined optimism of the amazing Dr. Bland and Dr. Neid at Rocky Mtn. ID, I have a toe again.

My toe healed very well. This is proof to the doctors I saw in Denver, that having the right doctor who cares truly about their patients and the actions to treat first and don't jump to amputation immediately is the best way to treat patients. His dedication toward caring for his patients is immeasurable. To my doctor friend, DOM in AZ, as well, you know who you are. I thank you so much.

Dr. Bland you were a god-send I appreciate you so much. To those of you reading my message seek out great doctors and try all options before facing a result you can't come back from.

Dr. Bland is an excellent physician on every level! He takes extra time and care at every office visit to listen to concerns and thoroughly explain every detail of care. He diagnosed my issues with my foot after over 10 years of having pain and a previous surgery that didn’t help. Dr. Bland performed surgery on my foot and took extra care and attention to make sure it was done correctly. I have been an orthopedic surgical technician for 25 years and Dr. Bland addressed my concerns about the type of approach and implants that would be used.
