I was so worried about having my first endoscopy and I really didn't need to be at this facility. I was treated like I was part of their staff's family the entire process! I was unfortunately very sick the day of my procedure and despite the extra steps this added to my visit, I was so cared for by everyone there that by the time I had to have my procedure I was no longer nervous or worried at all! During and after my procedure was completely easy, and right after it was over they explained what happened during the procedure and what was found.

Heidi is the best Dr. I’ve ever met. Been seeing her for Crohn’s disease for past few years. Has taken incredible care of my, always proactive on bloodwork and scans and an incredible bedside manner. Went to Mass general/ Harvard medical school just before her, she’s so much better, Thank You Heidi

I don't like when an answering service takes all of your info and waits to say they can't give you an appointment. They transfer you to the "office," and nobody is there. Before they transfer you they say, "let's see if anyone picks up." Just more runaround for people trying to get healthcare. Sure, have three phone lines and none with a person on the other end. I filled out a form and the same screener person read it and tried to repeat step 1, one week later. Dystopian.

I went to this office years ago and Dr Shnure was my Dr. Needed a colonoscopy/endoscopy so decided to stick with same office. I was nervous seeing a different Dr but was so happy with my visit with Susan Navarro. She's awesome. She's super honest with you and explains everything and most importantly? She takes her time with you. Dr Sutherland did my procedure and he is very good too. Staff is friendly esp the girl in cubicle 3 checking in.

Had a procedure today and couldn't have been any more happier with the care I received. Dr. Saraireh and the anesthesiologist ( don't remember his name) we're both informative, professional and quick. Rose and all of the nurses and techs were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Truly a first class team!

Dr. Olefson is fantastic. Was nervous because never been under anesthetic. But Dr. Olefson and his team at the Endoscopy center at Prima Care were so friendly, answered all my questions, and made me feel safe. He takes initiative and gets patients in quickly when need be.

Dr. Danilo Decio has been managing my very frail mother- in-law's G-tube for quite some time. His kindness, compassion and professionalism are extraordinary. He has gone far above and beyond to help our family manage a very difficult situation. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for expertise in this field of medicine.

Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and was told everything was fine! 3 years later I get a call from endoscopy dept for a recall test because I had pre cancerous cells from my first test! No one told me any of this before. When I asked the doctor and nurse they couldn’t tell me why no one told me I had intestinal metaplasia (pre cancerous cells) I went on for three years thinking everything was fine. This office also took almost 2 weeks to fill a prescription. I called every day for a week straight. I am getting a second opinion because I do not have confidence in this practice.
