Christ on a bike, please ditch the awful Healow app and company that makes it E-clinical works, because E-clinical-doesn’t-work should be their name. Sign a contract with Epic even if it costs more, because they are a big name for a reason. You’d have an app that actually works and is visible by providers at establishments on the same platform - Southcoast, RI Hospital, Mass General, etc. I don’t even work for Epic, I just want you to get with it already.

This is for Kristin skully GI NP should not be practicing any type of medical she has no compassion for her patients and completely misdiagnosed me for 5 years when ever I asked for something to relive my stomach pain she said there was nothing she could do but that was not true I’ve seen another GI Doctor from Boston and completely changed my life I would give her a ZERO if I could she should be fired and have her license taken away I’m not the only one she has done this too I have a family member that she misdiagnosed and wrong meds and the poor woman was losing all her hair she’s the worse

From the front desk staff to the staff in the treatment rooms and of course both Katherine Knowles and Kristen Morgan
I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect! I could barely walk the day I went in to see them. Even after my first appointment I was already moving better and my pain was significantly decreased. I can’t thank them enough for the superb care I received! I highly recommend giving their office a try.

I understand it is a holiday but there are still many places. I googled prima care to make sure i did not. Wall dowm herenfor nothing BUT IT ISSS CLOSED, even thougj it says open until 6PM on the website!

The staff is phenomenal! The only complaint I have is that it’s freezing. The other patients in the waiting room were also complaining. My fingers were purple. Please address the temperature. Thank you! 3 stars only due to the frigid temp!

Dr. Hineadi has been my doctor for more than twenty years. He has always listened to any concerns I may have had. He has always put me in the right direction if a test, or seeing a specialist was needed.
He and his staff have always been pleasant to me and efficient.

Was good falling apart now. RFK Jr. will get to the bottom of the Health Care issues. Prescribe medication you do not need.

I take my Nana to see her Primary Care Dr. Soriel who is wonderful along with the Nurse Practitioner Jane Camara. My issue is the wait times. Every single time we go we wait a minimum of forty five minutes up to two hours. It is awful! My nana is on oxygen and a diabetic so this wait is very difficult on her. Most of the time she feels sick and runs out of oxygen by the time we leave. They really should stop overbooking for the welfare of their patients.
