Dr. Shah is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He takes the time to thoroughly discuss your health plan and is incredibly engaging. The office staff is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

One of the best things about this practice is the efficiency. You check in, and within 5 minutes, they’re ready to see you!

As a kid, I don't think to get a primary care physician. As an adult. I recognize I probably should. And like so many I didn't go to the doctors until I had to. When I did I went to Primacare.

If you ask me I wouldn't go to any other place , after the first visit, I decided that Primacare was going to be the place that would take care of me. I've chosen Primacare to be the house of my primary care physician. I've been going to them for years and have been listened to, cared for, and any opportunity I can. I recommend them to everyone.

I've seen all the doctors that work with Primacare, specifically in this location, and everyone is so kind, considerate, and just wonderful people.

Seriously. If you need a primary care physician this is the place for you. 10/10 100% care love them. ❤️

I haven't been to this clinic in 3 years and I'm just receiving a notice about an outstanding balance. I called to see what it was in regards to and I could barely understand what the office worker was saying due to the amount of static going on and it was an incredibly frustrating call.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am to be a patient in this office. My experience from beginning to end has been outstanding. I’m greeted by my name at each and every visit as soon as I walk up to the counter. The front desk girls are sweet, kind and compassionate. The medical assistant listens to my concerns and doesn’t rush to give me the upmost best care possible. Dr. Shah and his medical students are very knowledgeable and his care with me is exceptional. The lab crew makes the whole process a very easy and fun experience and when I check out, I am given several times for a follow up appointment that works with my schedule. I couldn’t be happier and will never go anywhere differently.

Let me say this is one if the most authentically caring offices I've ever been able to experience. I want to give a special thank you to Hannah the most amazing PA. She helped me tremendously and followed up with me with such a heartfelt concern which is rare now-a- days. The front office is so sweet, patient and informative.

As a first time visitor I had a positive experience. Check in was fast and friendly. One of the girls at the front desk was in training and I could overheard the great training she was receiving -it was all about the patient..
Doctor saw me in a timely fashion because I could tell the doctor wasn’t over booked. Dr. Shaw listened to my concerns and gave a clear action plan. He scheduled a follow up for a full physical. He did some bloodwork so when I come in for my physical he will already have the results. Dr. Shaw and his staff are fast , efficient and seem to work well together.
I just know this is a good start for working towards my health goals as a partnership.
